    DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE! I don't usually write review…read morebut I I had a terrible experience with this technology repair shop. I brought my phone in to have the back glass replaced, and when I picked it up everything initially seemed fine. However, within about two hours a white line suddenly appeared on my screen that would not go away, and I also noticed that the screen itself had started lifting. I returned to the shop less than 24 hours later to explain the issue and ask them to take a look at it. Instead of helping, they refused to provide any service or even inspect the phone. They also made accusations that I was just trying to get a free repair, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional considering the problem started almost immediately after their repair. Because they refused to cooperate or take responsibility, I had to escalate the situation by contacting mall management and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would strongly caution others before choosing this repair shop, as my concerns were dismissed and no effort was made to resolve the issue.

Unable to reach them after several attempts and after almost 3 weeks waiting I had to call another company to come out and they fixed my machine within a week. I had to call Electrolux to get a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

    APS Electronics was assigned by Frigidaire to handle a warranty repair on our French door…read morerefrigerator. The unit completely failed (flashing panel, no lights, no water/ice). Frigidaire initially scheduled service for 11/10 with APS, but no one ever contacted us. We had to call APS ourselves and were told the earliest appointment was 11/13. On 11/13, the technician came out, confirmed the problem, but left without repairing the fridge and without giving any clear ETA for parts or a follow-up visit. 6 days later, we still have no updated appointment and we've been without a working refrigerator for more than 10 days, with a family of five and a lot of spoiled food. I called and left messages three times (!!!) with no follow-up from the company. Finally, 6 days later, I was able to get through, only to learn that.... an APS Electronics' technician could not obtain the part number from Frigidaire!!! In 6 days!!!! It took me one (!) 30-second Google search for the fridge model to get the parts diagram. To confirm, it took me one (!) 2-minute call to Frigidaire to ensure that I have the correct part number and to get the parts catalogue sent to me in the email. APS Electronics: unprofessional, unreliable, terrible customer service. Based on this experience - missed initial contact, lack of proactive communication, and no clear plan after the first visit - I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST using this company for anything.
