Don't go here. Don't let these guys happen to you. Poor quality replacement parts; store policy doesn't back them up. Came for an iPhone screen replacement - Nice employees and quick service had me on my way within an hour - though I noticed the screen color was a bit off and the home button was noticeably different. A week later I had a dead pixel, which progressed to the same black lines and ruined lower half. But good news - 1 month warranty included! Brought it back and they do not stand by their product. Somehow I damaged my screen, despite always having the screen protector and bumper case. These crooks offered 10% off another $70 screen, so i could gamble again on something that will (by looking at the other reviews) definitely break again for more than the cost of an Apple screen, or serve as a warning for others. Okay, so truth be told .... I haven't a clue about their services or quality of product ... why am I writing this than?.?.? Because they saved me $250!!! I was told by Best Buy in Dedham to go get my screen replaced here ... so I went ... the kid at "we fix it" was so honest, I was told I didn't need to have them fix it and to contact my warranty department! A stop at the provider's store & a phone call later, I have a new phone being shipped for free! Now THAT my yelp friends is wonderful & honest service from We Fix It! DO NOT GO HERE phone screen quality is terrible not worth it even though they are cheaper than the apple store but apple store you are paying for top quality screens compared to this shitty place that gives you low quality screens to the point mines currently does not work on the bottom half and when i called they said because the top is cracked it can cause damage to the bottom....EXCUSE ME?!! I was told to come back in 30 minutes that my phone would be done and the man that was supposed to be fixing my phone was playing on his. Took my iPhone 6 to get fixed 2/4/16 for $110, I went to every other booth and Apple they only charged a few more dollars. The original damage was non-major. It took 15-20 minutes and they gave me a glass screen protector. Great! This past Sunday, I referred my younger sister, same thing except they gave didn't give her a screen protector. Fine! Dropped my phone this morning, 2/9/16, on my way into work. Protector got scuffed, but the actual replacement screen appeared fine, no cracks. I get inside, the screen appears to be coming out of position, so I push it back down. They didn't adhere it. All of the sudden my phone is being extremely glitchy and opening things I didn't click on. I'm going to try to get mine and my sister's money back. Moral of this story is to spend the extra few dollars at Apple to avoid this aggravating situation. read more

Do not do business here! An screen for an i5 was freezing up as we drove home. I called that night & the next day but customer service is not open. I visit both the Apple Store & the Verizon Store & both tell me it is a faulty screen & I need to get a refund, as they get this complaint often from repairs done @WeFixIt. Sean at The Fix took my working phone and put a new screen on it and charged me $90. The phone worked for a day and then screen went black. I traveled back to South Shore Plaza in Braintree to be told that I needed to wait a week for parts! I left and came back a week later to be told the part was cracked so another week without a phone. I travel back 9 days later to be told I took to long and they sent it back. Another week goes by I travel back another 30 minute drive to be asked to wait another hour to be told my PHONE is broke not the screen. The Manager, Henry, refused a full refund actually thought it was amusing when I asked for it. I gave them a working phone and now a month later I have a broken phone. Fast service, but crappy quality!! I had gotten my cracked screen fixed there a couple months ago. I have not dropped/scratched/cracked my phone since then. About a week ago I had my phone faced down, picked it up and the screen just popped out!! Then shortly after my entire screen was glitchy and it was hard to see anything. A couple days later, I picked up my phone again and all of a sudden my home screen button didn't work!! Then I finally go back to the kiosk at the plaza, tell them about the screen popping out and they said no problem. Go back to them an hour later and the guy tells me my home button doesn't work, which I'm aware of. I tell him it stopped working after my screen popped out. He says that they are totally unrelated and I have to pay $75 to get the cable fixed for my home screen button. I was appalled. The home screen button was broken because of the screen popping out!! Eventually they only charged me $50, but still.. It's $50 when I shouldn't have even had to had it fixed again in the first place. In the future I will avoid this place at all costs!!!!! read more

Don't go there! This is the worst place ever. I had my phone screen replaced by them 2 days ago on Sat and they did a horrible job. The bottom of the screen was not glued on tightly enough. After two days of normal use the left lower corner cracked. I brought the phone back and they refused to fix it! These guys at the north shore mail broke my iPhone 6. I had a broken screen to be fixed and they broke the home button. They didn't have the correct part and said it would be there in a week. That was 2 weeks ago and now they're saying it will be another week. read more

I asked the man at the kiosk in front of pinkberry and the Disney store at south shore plaza how much it would cost to replace a cracked iPhone 5c screen (I wanted to compare the prices of several places I've been scouting out). He said $100 and I said thank you. As I was walking away he shouted rudely "how much did you expect?!" I had my earphones in already so I pretended I didn't hear him. But if you're reading this sir, I expect that this review will warn other customers of your terrible attitude and customer service. I'm sure he could fix your screen--if you feel right paying a douchebag, go right ahead. I don't think he deserves my patronage so given the abundance of people who know how to replace cracked screens, I will seek them out.
