Had a small crack on my Samsung galaxy s6 but didn't want to spend extra money to fix the screen since it didn't bother me that much. Went ice skating last week, fell, and dropped my phone! Now it's cracked into small pieces which still wasn't too bad until I peeled off my screen protector. Worst mistake ever. Little pieces of glass started coming off the screen. I have insurance through tmobile but I still had to pay a large amount in order for them to send me a new phone. Through Facebook, I saw an ad for screen repairs and decided to contact i-go repairs for a quote. My friend also recommended me to them. The quote they gave me was far less than getting a new phone through insurance so I decided to make an appointment for them to fix it. Didn't know they were a mobile company so the technician came to my house instead. I just got my phone back and it looks brand new. Customer service was professional as well. I definitely recommend this company if anyone is looking for someone who does screen repairs. Don't go to the stores, they're such ripoffs! Lesson learned: don't peel off the screen protector after shattering your phone and don't get insurance through tmobile. Save yourself that 8 bucks a month! read more

I am so beyond thankful for this service that I got from David Nguyen at i-go repairs. I was so upset about breaking my phone the other day and how expensive it would be to repair it. As I was doing my research to find a place that would be able to fix my phone during work hours I came across i-go repairs and the fantastic reviews. These five star reviews I don't give out easily lol. However my phone took a hit to the floor and I guess Apple makes it on purpose for them to mess up . It barely touched the floor and the screen went blank. Being a holiday I knew I would be screwed because most places are closed. However I searched Yelp and I didn't even know who they sent my message too. David was he first or second one respond. He came right away pretty much I barely had time to do anything lol. I thought my phone was broken deep inside when it turned out to be LCD. The part I had was aftermarket. This was an unexpected repair as I am definitely not working at the moment and broke. However I need my phone. These days we all our phones lol. He was fast and very efficient and he showed my old parts. Even some mechanics don't show you the old parts. If I could give Dave 10 stars I would! From start to finish this was a very seamless process. I dropped my iPhone X on a Friday Wednesday night. Apple Care expired and I did not have insurance on the phone. So I go to Sprint and they say $150 and they need to ship the phone and I'll he phone less, nope not happening. I go to our friendly neighborhood Apple store...$279...hard pass!! I finally got on yelp and found Dave. He was quick to respond and kept me in the loop as he had to order the screen. All I had to do was run outside to give him the phone when he arrived and back out to pick it up when he was done. David really went above and beyond today trying to fix an iPhone 6+ that had both a broken screen and charging port. Both initial replacements went flawlessly, and he came to my workplace very promptly and on time. After the first touch screen appeared to have some glitches, he took the phone with him and returned with it again, with the phone seeming to have a deeper hardware issue. He not only attempted another touch screen, but tried multiple ones and offered to follow up with me later in the week after I attempted some other troubleshooting steps on the phone. read more
