Very kind and caring man, cares about the dogs, prompt communication and goes out of his way to care for your pup.

A great place to get a dog. Nick cares deeply about the business and knows so much about dogs, his expertise is invaluable!

We go home and they called and said that the vet wanted to talk about Sadie. She had a lump on her jaw. We got everything taken care of. I told her that I wanted to be there since I watched her be born. The vet said no at first because of the chemicals they were using. I told her that I watched her be born. The excuse changed to she didn't want her staff to deal with me holding her during her last moment. That one denial was the hardest thing I've been through. I wish I could bill them for the year and half of counseling I had to go through. We had her cremated and returned to us. I get there to pick up her remains. I tell them that I was there to pick up her ashes and all they did was set the bag with her ashes and memorial box on the counter and went back to talking with one of the techs. I had been taking her there for almost 12 years and had nothing had no problems with her office. The experience we had with Sadie was beyond traumatic. I no longer refer her. I know that for a fact I'm never going to take another pet to her clinic.

So, we sent him back and they graciously sent a brother and sister dog to us that were "ready, yet young." Nothing about these dogs was ready. We spent an extra $20k getting them through training and one of them has such bad health problems we are spending good money after bad trying to keep him fit. Nothing about these animals is service dog material. They are lovely with regards to temperament - but that is it. All Mary wants to do is to sell dogs and no matter what they say about having a waiting list - they will always find a way to sell you a dog. What a joke that we are all paying for in this house.

Lovely gentleman who trained my dog was having anxiety attack during meeting when we came to pick up our pet because he didn't agree with training methods being used and this was ignored and covered up by a place that supposedly is all about training dogs to help humans handle mental health crises. Lots of bells and whistles to cover up a company that is just making lots of money on dogs. That they ask NO questions about where the dog is going is telling. I wanted a dog and just went for it, paying too much and supporting a company I am not proud of. Find another place to get your pet that is more honest and up-front.
