Sue and her crew saved our sanity. I was tasked with clearing out my mother's storage space-what to move with her, what to keep myself, and what to donate or trash. A big enough job in the sorting and deciding, and then the question, what to do with the donations. I didn't want everything just hauled to the dump as there were many useful items, from furniture to cleaning supplies. I-Haul was the first and last place we called. Not only were they able to pick up the next day-very important as I live out of state and had limited time-but they put to use as much of the donations as possible, directly to people in need when possible. Marco was very nice on the phone and easily arranged the haul away of an old refrigerator from my rental unit. I do not live in the area and Marco was so accommodating and made it easy for me and the tenants. He was also very understanding as I had a family emergency I was dealing with that precluded me from meeting him at the unit. He went above and beyond by helping my tenant find the water shut off and install the new refrigerator and hauling away another item for one of the other tenants, and didn't charge me extra for it. We had an emergency haul the Saturday of Thanksgiving week and within 3 hours of us calling, they were there helping clean up the mess caused by our kitchen cabinets falling off the wall.
