We had never had custom shirts made before so we actually looked at a few places...A-Game was right next to some of the places we looked at so we just stopped by to get a quote. We were one a deadline (less than a week including the weekend) so that was also an issue. As soon as we met Ernie, we knew that this was going to be the place we were going to get our shirts made and any other clothing we wanted done in the future. He was super friendly and easy to work with and helped us tweak our designs that weren't coming out right on Illustrator. All the other places we visited just loaded our logos on and tried to get us to pay a deposit right away. Ernie actually cared about how we wanted our shirts to look and that our logo didn't look right. He was very knowledgeable about different shirt types for our needs, about ink types and how logos would look on different shirt sizes. Also, we mentioned something about Rogue t-shirts, and to our surprise, A-Game is one of the few screenprinters that is able to print on those types of shirts and works with that vendor to make the same kind/quality of shirts. I was looking to get some shirts printed for Comic Con and was in desperate help because I couldn't find anyone opened on Sunday last minute. I tried the mall but all the locations there try to rip you off with some low quality wax printing material and try to up sell you. I looked on my phone on Yelp to see who was opened, 99% are closed except for this shop. Talked to Ernie and he explained the process and understood my urgency. Ernie was so responsive and got back to my calls and emails right away. I sent him the tshirts specifics and the design on Tuesday. I called on Wednesday and Thursday, being the crazy girl I am, to check if they would really be done on time. He was working LATE through the night on Thursday (and I'm sure other nights) just to get my order and other people's orders done. On Friday I came into his shop around 6pm. He showed me the entire process, step by step. At A-Game, they only use the BEST materials and ink. Your shirts won't get linty nor will the design crack up. Our shirts felt so good and LOOKED GOOD. I got 20 shirts for a little over $200. I'M SO SERIOUS!!!! I was so thankful I wanted to cry. But instead of crying, I am writing this review to tell you all to come here ASAP and get the chance to know Ernie. I wanted soft high quality shirts and tight screen-printing. I was able to email Ernie my design and have him propose nicer shirts at an even lower cost than I spent with my previous printer. Throughout the process I really appreciate Ernie's attention to detail. He took pictures of the shirts right off the press and we were able to adjust colors in real-time. Hello Yelpers! I had a guy doing my shirts before and I just wasn't happy anymore with the quality of the work and how long it took to get my shirts. I found Ernie on Yelp with A-Game Screen printing and these guys are top notch. Ernie is extremely professional and friendly. Very responsive and no BS. I made a pretty good size order for my small business and he got the order back pretty quick. I redesigned my logo and he gave me a couple ideas and when I finally was able to decide exactly what I wanted he came up with the most awesome logo. Everybody loves it and I have people begging me for shirts and sweatshirts. One thing I will share about Ernie as he is a standup guy. The first order of shirts and sweatshirts there was an error made on the size of the logo on the back. He didn't try to give them to me and BS me. He told me that these are not exactly right, but he let me have them all for free. Then he made me another complete new order with the right sizing for the logo. I would like to add 5extra stars to customer service, Ernie responded really quickly to my email and when I came early for for our appointment he drop what he was doing and helped me right away. Gave me a tour around his shop no rush at all, explained how each machine worked. After the tour around the whole shop, we talked at his desk about pricing and the material of the shirt. Even gave me one of the shirts to try on to see if I like the fit. Ernie makes you feel really comfortable talking about the prices that vary with the different brand shirts he carries, and finding ways to make everything affordable for his customers. Add another 5stars to how fast he gets the job done, after the visit from the office I got a mock up on that next Monday!! I approve the mock up, later on that Monday night around 8ish I notice I miss his call, so I called him back almost around 9. (He picked up his personal cell phone at 9pm!!). I had to change up the quantity and add like 30 more shirts and he was totally cool with it! No problems at all And. With the last minute add on of the shirts, I got the final product on Wednesday! He got everything done in 3days!! The shirts came out better than we thought, really happy how they came out. It gives me confidence to come back with my next shirts.
