Located in the Target shopping center, there is lots of parking in front and on the side of the restaurant. If you're in a hurry, call in your order. It took 30 min for my dine in order to be ready for pick up. I had street tacos and a salad. The street tacos were $2 a piece and came with your choice of salsa. The salad was chock full of beans, rice, lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole and meat of my choosing, asada. It was very filling and the asada was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor. This restaurant is a great local favorite and should be a definite stop if you're in the area. Don't let the strip mall location deter you! The food is authentic and packed full of flavor. Their spicy salsa needs to be sold in jars; we love it! They have a full bar and expect it to be crowded during lunch and dinner hours! A large fountain drink is $3.25 and yes they have Coke products. Don't miss out on their street taco of the day for $1.00. This location is a little bit noisy but only because it's busy! The food here is worth a significant drive. It's been a mandatory stop on my way thru Bullhead to Laughlin, since they opened. Stopped to try this place out. Ordered a carne asada burrito. When it came out I couldn't believe how big it was. After biting into it I understand why. If I had to guess ratio's, I'd say it was 60 plus percent rice! That being said, the flavor was okay because it was amazing rice, but paying $12 for a burrito I definitely expect an equal share of meat. The meat in the tacos was very dry and honestly tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Definitely not fresh. The salsa was also pretty bland and didn't have much flavor at all, which is surprising for a taco place. Overall the food just didn't feel fresh or well prepared. I love "I Heart Tacos"! The food is always amazing -- their birria is flavorful and juicy, the chicken tacos are delicious, and that green Agua Fresca is my go-to every time (add Tito's to it, YUMMY). The bar menu is great too, and the staff is super friendly -- especially Cristian, who's always been welcoming and awesome for years. Now, here's the only downside -- the inside temperature at the Hwy 95/Target location feels like a sauna most of the time. It's so hot in there that it's hard to sit down, enjoy a birria bowl, or stay for an extra drink. Even right now (not even summer!) it's still pretty uncomfortable. I've brought friends and family, and everyone says the same thing -- it's way too hot inside. Please, I "Heart" Tacos, turn up that AC! You've already nailed the food and the vibe; just make it cool enough so we can hang out longer, order more drinks, and truly enjoy your amazing tacos. Who would've thought that a non-descript taco place tucked away in the Target mall shopping center would produce such amazing tacos? I Heart Tacos is the appropriate name for this place. We checked out Yelp when we bought our house out here for Mexican food. I Heart Tacos was near the top on our search and now we know why. My wife is Mexican and she and her mom and her grandmother (RIP) made legit, home cooked food and aguas frescas. While we havent tried many other taco spots, my wife gave her seal of approval. The ample parking and full bar and big screen TV's make this more than a taco place. It's a place to hang out, get some drinks and food and watch a game or two. The first time we came here, there were about 6 SXS's parked out front with both drivers and passengers out for a quick bite before heading back out on the trails. This place can get crowded, but the vibe is chill and time goes by pretty quick. We got the asada, carnitas, chicken and al pastor tacos on our first 3 visits. I decided to try the birria and camarrones a la diabla tacos. OMG While the regular tacos were good, the birria was AMAZING! I mean, dunk your taco and drink the left over consomme amazing. The shrimp tacos were fire, literally, with heat that built us quickly, but was worth washing down with a cold michelada. The bartender who recognized me on our subsequent visits and already had my agua preparada ready (it's a michelada with soda water instead of beer that's a staple for designated drivers who want the taste of a michi, but no booze so he can drive home). The sandia (watermelon) aguas frescas was sooooo good. It tasted like summer and that first cool bite of watermelon after a day out in the sun. On our way to the Avi for some adult gaming time, my wife and I came here for a quick bite. On the drive home, I had to make another pit stop. We heart I Heart Tacos!!! We stumbled upon the original I Heart Tacos when we were looking for a GOOD taco place to serve tacos at our wedding in Bullhead City. It was love at first bite, lemme tell you!! So good! Our first visit at this newer location was shortly after it opened, WOW! Impressive and super cool vibe. We were greeted by Ivan (since we were there to finalize our wedding reception) and he had us have some drinks and lunch while we talked. This place is just as busy as the original! And the drinks are fantastic, you have to try the Tamarindo Margarita. Delish! We ended up having I Heart Tacos at our wedding and I would say that just about every single guest told us how much they loved them! We had them bring 3 types of taco meat, mulitas, birria, and watermelon Fresca (which was a hit when adding alcohol, just sayin'). Service at the restaurant is friendly, although cut-and-dry, they are always busy. The guys that catered our wedding were wonderful, very personable and polite.... although they were an hour late, that was just a hitch (and fully expected, seems that happens quite often with places). We still enjoyed the food and nobody remembered the tardiness once they tasted everything. A huge shout out to Adrian, Douglas and Ivan!! Stopped in for an early lunch and we were blown away with I Heart Tacos! The pricing was so affordable and tacos were undeniably yummy. We got 4 different types of tacos to really sample the menu and we loved every single one! Quesa Birria tacos were the star of the show!! We also grabbed a few margaritas to sip on, and loved those as well. The bartender was attentive, kind, and had excellent skills! The entire restaurant was clean, cool, and music wasn't too loud. I'm bummed because I thought it would be so much better but it was really bad. I ordered a shrimp taco with Diablo sauce and a protein bowl with no sour cream, pastor and spicy. Shrimp taco was covered in Diablo sauce I couldn't see the taco or shrimp and bit into a piece of shell. My hands were orange I literally could not rinse the color off. Protein bowl had sour cream on it. I removed it and tried to eat the bowl. The pastor was very fatty and the beans were flavorless. The rice was clumped together.
