Came here on our way to Laughlin. Saw a few videos and decided to give it a try. Definitely didn't disappoint. They have a large menu, so there's something for everyone . The first time around I got the quesabirria tacos, my daughter got the pupusas and my husband got a lengua burrito. Everything was delicious to the point where my daughter asked to come back before we left for home. The 2nd time we came we got the sopes w/ carnitas, the pupusas again and some tacos de lengua. Oh and my daughter asked for pupusas to go cuz she said they were really delicious!! Once again it didn't disappoint. Everything tasted good . The staff is amazing! This was a great stop!! The building has no sign outside, but the tables were full of local worker types on a Monday at lunch time. I had the cubana torta and it was outstanding! All the flavors melded so well, it was huge, fresh bread, fresh veggies. The hotdog was bacon wrapped inside the torta, all things done right here!! If you are looking for high class/fancy this is not your place but if you want good Mexican food this is your spot! We also had a super burrito it was HUGE not as much flavor as the Cuban but still so good, the beans and guacamole are so smooth and pull the whole thing together. Also had a horchata that was delicious, cold, cinnamon and refreshing. Also star was friendly and helpful. Decided after a year to try Karina's what a great stop. Good was fresh and delicious. Had to carnitas tacos flavor was spot on. They were the best in town. We stopped by to grab some breakfast before exploring Bullhead City. Karina's is small and what's considered a "hole in the wall" spot. However, never judge a book by it's cover! There's also outside seating and the view of the desert hills was gorgeous!! The variety of salsas at the salsa bar was good but did not have enough heat so they gave me a grilled jalapeno which gave my food the heat I'm always looking for! Yum! The food was delicious and legit!! We ordered a machaca burrito to share, 2 carne asada tacos, and a horchata. The food was made fresh and seasoned well. Tacos were made w yellow corn tortillas which gave it a more authentic taste. The real winner here though is their HOMEMADE horchata!!!! It was so good we had to get a refill before leaving. We're from Southern California- first time coming here! We are coming back tomorrow morning for breakfast before we leave! I had the special breakfast burrito! The food was delicious. We ended up ordering Chorizo Breakfast Burritos, Quesabirria Taco, Asada burrito with Rice and Beans, and Asada Tacos. Burritos were BIG, I was not expecting them to be that size so I was pretty full about half way!!! The asada was DELICIOUS, the meat was soft and well seasoned...quesobirria was good too and the consomé was good once you added lemon and hot salsa. The only reason I took a star off was because the wait time was BAD, my parents got there about 5 minutes before we did and once we got in line there was 2 people ahead of us and we waited over 1/2 an hour to get our food once we ordered. Another great hidden treasure in Bullhead City. And it is hidden a bit. Small, and I mean small shop that does it all fresh. Don't expect fast food here. You order are the counter. Complimentary chips with a good salsa. Small salsa bar with a couple of sauces, carrots and jalapeños, lemon wedges.... My partner had the carne asada burrito and she liked it quite a bit. I had the two chili relleno combination that came with rice, refried beans and a huge flour tortilla. At first I wasn't sure if I like the rellenos. The coating was very moist. But the flavors suddenly exploded into a delicious taste. I'm partial to New Mexican style food but this was delicious. Not the same but delicious nonetheless. Everything was delicious. This restaurant is off the main drag through Bullhead, about 2-3 miles down Marina Drive. It's small, can seat 16 patrons inside and has 2 picnic tables outside. You can eat in, take out or call in an order. I had a steak breakfast burrito, it was HUGE, and stuffed with eggs, potatoes and steak. I opted out of jalapeño. They have a small self serve salsa bar. Staff is very friendly and they are very accommodating with your preferences. They offer off street parking, it's unpaved (gravel) and very small. The physical building doesn't look like much but the friendly staff and delicious food make up for the ambiance. Give Katrina's a try, I'll be going back! read more

This is a hidden gem at its finest located in Bullhead Arizona! It's located in a quaint neighborhood near a school. Birria Pizza has been all over social and my husband came across this place. We decided to go on a day drive from Vegas just to eat there for lunch and it was worth it. The food that was coming out of the kitchen looked astounding! The pizza was $20! Inside the actual restaurant there's four tables, but there is seating outside. If you go during the summer bring cold bottles of water because it is hot! They have a self-serve salsa bar to the right of the register. The green sauce is a must try! When you order the birria pizza call like an hour ahead because it's a off menu item and it takes time to prepare. The cheese pull of when you take a slice of the pizza is so good and heavenly. This item is definitely a Instagram worthy shot! When we go there next I definitely want to try the chilaquiles because it looked so good. Our food was hot and fresh.
