Found this little gem a year or so ago. Some of the best authentic Mexican food in the area where other food is crappy and expensive. Great service, nicest people own/ run it. Taco sampler comes with an amazing cheesy jalapeño popper that is so delicious, terrific rice and beans, meat is flavorful and tender, tacos are bomb, as are their burritos, that's all I've tried I'm sure everything else is as well. I'm going to start by saying one of the worst experiences I've ever had when trying to order from a Taco Truck. The lack of respect for your customers was just one of the reason for my review. The staff are full of themselves. Saying there food is delicious but yet have no respect for the paying customer is trash. For anyone looking to eat in Bullhead avoid this place and go anywhere else. *100% wrong? My grandparents were in the bar and received tickets as well. I explained this to you all and you shut me down. Didn't believe me and said I wanted to eat more.... I bought 3 tacos and a burrito. I don't need free tacos. Get your story strait before you say something. Good luck in the future. ** That last comment just proves your respect level. The way I was raised was to respect your grandparents. They asked me to get their tacos and I tried to, but you went on by saying I wanted to eat more and denied my simple request. That's petty, when I still paid for 3 tacos and a burrito like I said. Stopped at this little stand to grab a quick dinner for the family. This food was fantastic. It was very filling, tasty, and affordable for our family of 4. The service was great and staff was friendly and accommodating. It was so cold outside, they offered to bring the food to our car so we didn't have to wait in the cold. We ate the food so fast we didn't get a chance to take any pictures but trust me it's so worth it. Give them a try if you come across the truck. I have driven there several times over the last few weeks and this is my 5th time coming and again they were not open at 5pm like their sign says and every visit to here they have never been open their posted hours. This place has amazing reviews so would love to try the food but they are never open when they say they are open. Why not just change the hours if you cannot open on time. Stopped by here last night after already having dinner. There's always room for some tacos! Had asada and Carnita tacos with a coke. Both delicious!Asada had big chunks of meat. Cooked just right. Service was great! Offered to bring my food to the car once it was ready, double checked they gave me salsa before I left, and was just helped out by a genuinely nice person which is refreshing. Food was great! The carne asada isn't fatty and has great flavor! The spicy salsa is super spicy to me, but I'm I can't handle a lot of spice. The mild salsa was ok. Carnitas was great tasting. I didn't care much for the Al pastor though, just a flavor that wasn't for me and pretty fatty. Got a quesadilla and it was jam packed!!! All in all, this place is a great little spot! Also! The jalapeño poppers are great. They are a bit different than I've had though. It's Half a jalapeño filled with a cream cheese and bacon mixture then grilled with cheddar cheese to seal it up. it is a tight parking lot, and only one small table to eat at, but who's eating outside here, it's too hot! read more

Absolutely the best authentic Mexican food in Bullhead City. I ordered chicken and Asada tacos, 4 Asada burritos with and without sour cream and quacolmole and different read and green sauce combinations. The Jalapeno popper was very good as well. The tacos are AMAZING!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! It's a small family business ran out of a trailer right outside the coolest bar - O'Leary's. I found a place I could not find but passed this cool little mobile restaurant and decided to stop and check it out. I did the one taco test of asada for me and my wife. We know our tacos and salsas so when we took that first bite. I knew and I looked at my wife and it was in from there. Asada, Carnitas, pastor on Hitttttt. The Corn. WOW. This was by far the VERY BEST taco truck experience I have ever had and I have used many taco trucks throughout Southern California! We were in Laughlin for a family reunion. Nick went above and beyond before the event to be sure we could have him at our location. Their service was quick and smooth as they served 50 people all at once. The variety of items that they offered was wonderful. It was so much more than just tacos! They provided all the favorites that someone would want from their favorite Mexican restaurant. Family and I have been coming to Laughlin for summer vacation the past 6 yrs and every yr we pass up the "little yellow trailer" finally New Year's Day of 2023 we got to enjoy some authentic Mexican street tacos! We got burritos and tacos... Quality, taste, and portion was 10/10!!! My 6 yr old keep ranting of how juicy and how amazing the Asada was! (We wish you guys offered fresh aguas, but no biggie) the food spoke for itself! Great customer service! Highly recommend! We will be back this summer! read more
