Get tourist crap at the airport. I Love LA is the name of the store and whether or not you love it, they have it. Obviously this is all about the city and where to go to get some last minute stuff. A lot of the expected items in here. The prices are high also as expected unfortunately. Basic selection of the souvenir stuff like the clothes, trinkets, and more. It's got lots of clothes like shirts, hats, and that kind of stuff. There's lots more of the cheap looking stuff like key chains and whatever. Of course none of this stuff is actually cheap. There's also drinks and food like candy if you need to get something for a flight. Has a pretty good collection of clothing. It's got lots of things from the local sports teams in here. The prices suck which is expected, but the quality is good though. read more

This store has a ton of Los Angeles souvenirs. I was drawn in by the LA shirts and ballcaps, then found other cool things like bottle openers, snacks, drinks, magazines, books, magnets, keychains, snowglobes and more. I was surprised at how fairly priced the shirts and hats were! The keychains were just as expensive, or more, and so much smaller! But everything is rad and I would 100% come back. I bought a few LA gifts for family here. The employees were super nice and wrapped up my snowglobes carefully. read more

I do not agree with the name of the store, but we cannot all be in agreement about everything. As the name would suggest, they carry a good selection of L.A. merchandise. So if you need a Los Angeles souvenir or gift, then this shop is a terrific place to check out while waiting for your flight at LAX. They carry more than L.A. merchandise. I bought water and a candy bar. Both were expensive, but that is to be expected at the airport. Overall, a good place to browse while waiting for your flight. read more

Kind of crazy this place is really all about LA .... nothing else is really represented here? Just kidding, obviously it's all about LA. Really a good place to stop if you are about LA area sports. They have stuff that is related to Lakers and Dodgers. In addition to that they have a good assortment of other apparel items that pay homage to the city. Also, if you are looking for snacks for your flight, this is a good place to stop as well. Plenty of drinks, candies and chips to choose between. On a side note, but still candy related, if you are a fan of Jelly Bellies brand - this is definitely the place you want to check out. Seriously a huge selection. Store is clean and staff were friendly. Lines can get long for the checkout, but they are pretty quick about getting through the customers and getting you on your way so you can catch your next flight. read more

LAX is a busy and relatively organized airport. I enjoy looking at the various vendors along the way to the departure gate. This shop, "I Love LA" caught my eye... It's located at Terminal 5. I happened to pass by on the way to the gate for my Hawaiian Airlines flight. Besides the regular snacks, books, magazines, and souvenirs, they had sports team shirts and other items. I was really tempted, but I didn't have much time, so... I'll be back! read more

I agree with the other low reviews of this establishment. The prices are very high, the service is slow, and the store is too crowded. Besides that, everything is fine! One Diet Pepsi and a bag of M&M's will set you back $6.21. I understand this is LA and it is located in the airport, but double what it should be? C'mon Man!! Then the wait. Two long lines and the credit card machines take FOREVER to approve each transaction. Are they using a 2400 baud dial up modem? C'mon Man!! The only reason the cashiers don't point a gun at each customer during checkout is guns are not allowed past TSA. C'mon Man!! read more

(2.5 stars) I Love LA sits in the Delta Terminal (Terminal 5) of LAX and it is a little bit of everything airport gift shop. I Love LA carries standard stuff, but the selection is pretty good (drinks, candies, magazines, batteries, in-flight items, books, touristy souvenirs, toiletries, See's Candies, and so on). For people looking for healthier in-flight snacking, they do have a few granola bars and organic snacks and candies at the right of the store. They also carry a pretty varied selection of Haribo gummies. Some of the negatives about I Love LA are things you may come to expect at an airport gift shop like narrow aisles (difficult to maneuver with carry-on luggage), a disorganized cash register setup (three registers setup in a circle leading to some customer confusion on where to stand) and overpriced merchandise. While overpriced merchandise is kind of expected, I did not see price tags on the items I was looking at or purchasing. Therefore, it was not until they rang me up that I found out just how pricey some of the stuff was (while expensive, it was probably still competitive with other airport gift shops). I think pricing items more noticeably would make for a better customer experience (best to be upfront about it especially since the high price tags should not come as a surprise to many). I Love LA is located within the terminal (just past the security gate) so it is accessible by travelers only. read more

I stopped in to get a last minute present for my friend who was picking me up in Honolulu. I was surprised at the selection of t-shirts as it took me a long time to actually select one. There were a host of other souvenir type stuff also as well as magazines and books. The tshirt was $20 but hey, what do you expect from an airport? read more

This is another shot in Terminal 5 (American). They have the classic selection of foot, books, magazines, forgotten toiletries, candy bars, etc. The reason I am writing this review and giving them 4 stars is they had 4 cashiers open when it was very busy. I cannot say I have ever seen a store like this react that way. Usually you would max at 2 regardless of the crowd. read more

Absolutely terrible. I was at a layover in LA and had about ten minutes to run from the one gate to the next one. I was freezing, so I stopped in I Love LA Terminal 5 to grab a sweatshirt. I grabbed a long sleeved shirt that was on the clearance rack, and had a tag that was priced at $25.00, and walked to the register. I said "Hello" to the man running the register, and he did not even respond. Then he rang up the shirt, and I saw him type in $30. I said, hey the price on this says $25, and he said "No, it is $30". I argued for about a minute, but there was a line behind me and I had to leave, so I ended up using my credit card, and leaving. I am still angry about what happened, and the way the man at the register behaved towards me. I fly often for work, and the next time I am in the LA airport, I will definitely not be going to this shop. read more

Typical airport store but I thought their souvenir selection was limited. Food and snacks were too expensive for me to feel comfortable buying. I've been to other terminals at LAX with much cheaper stores. I bought a soda and Apple juice for over $5, which I didn't think was too bad for the airport. Anyway, I walked up to a register with a black woman standing at it. I put my items on the counter and she looked dead at me and then she walked away and said she's going on her break. Wtfff. This shop is located in LAX Terminal 5 for Delta. I stopped to make a purchase and did not appreciate the way my cashier was being treated by their supervisor Eileen. This rude, disrespectful, demeaning supervisor interrupted my purchase, roughly rearranged the area and loudly told her that this how it was to ALWAYS look like! She didn't care that I was paying, that there was line or that the sales lady was busy. The way she was talking down to the ladies working there bothered me. I even went to the trouble of asking for her name: EILEEN in the hopes that management from that store reads this review and reprimands her. I was there 06/25. read more
