First time going to this nail spa! Called ahead of time and got an appointment with Daisy. She was super sweet, the whole appointment went very smoothly and I love my nails. She checked in with me while removing my previous set (filling off the old product) to make sure I wasn't having any discomfort. I got an ombré acrylic set - $65 total. Popped in for a simple mani and wax while visiting my mom who lives in the Crossridge community. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and the services were just fine, and the technician polite and prompt. I don't use nail polish, so I can't speak to the quality of their polish services. I was, however, very surprised at the prices. Considerably more than what I pay at similar salon near Willow Lawn. If you are considering this salon, I recommend checking the prices to avoid sticker shock. read more

This is a nice, average salon. It's not too big, which I like. Those mega nail shops overwhelm me. The color choices were plentiful and I typically choose a metallic color, this time I chose gold. My nail tech paid close attention to detail, she was pleasant and she was quite ex-pedi-ent. my tootsies felt great after my pedi. It was good to learn that you can put the tip on a your credit card, many shops only take cash. No im-pedi-ments in that department. My basic pedicure cost $27. All in all, if I'm in the neighborhood, and I'm on a nail polishing ex-pedi-tion, I'd stop here again! read more

Don't recommend. Overpriced for poor quality work.. the nail tech (Rose) did not shape all my nails the same or correctly & got an attitude with me when I said something the first time. When she was doing my pedicure she was pushing me to get gel and I kept telling her no only regular on my toes. I had asked for a design on my toes and she did it then went to put the top coat on and said see i told you it would ruin if not gel....ive gotten designs with regular polish as so many other places...she still charged me for the design on my toes I didnt leave with & kept trying to deny it & refused to change the price. Terrible experience...extreamly unhappy with my nails and paid entirely too much for the service & quality. read more

I got a pedicure and the very next day, my toenail was bleeding and swollen. Ended up having to see a foot doctor for an infection in my toe. Wouldn't recommend unless you want a toenail infection! Staff was friendly but after this, I question the cleanliness of their instruments. read more

I stopped into this shop because it was close to my optometrist, I just needed a pedicure. They were pretty empty and got me started right away. The pedicure was good, and my polish turned out nice. I was a little shocked that they charged $20 for gel polish, when most only charge $10. Overall good experience just pricey. read more

I Love Nails & Spa is alright in my book! I loved my experience here and came on a whim. A little spontaneity is always nice am I right? I randomly felt a need to get a mani pedi this weekend, so I popped in on a Friday at around 6pm. I let my technician know that I only had an hour and she informed me that that was plenty of time for a gel manicure and a pedicure. We got started right away on my nails first. I think they look great! She didn't do a rush job at all even though I was working within a limited timeframe. We moved over to the pedicure chairs and this is where I deduct a star. I'm not sure how long this place has been there, but the pedi chairs definitely show their age. Mine had a rip in the leather ("leather?"), but I didn't really care. They don't flaunt themselves as a luxury nail salon so that's not what I was expecting. FYI, my gel manicure was $27, basic pedicure was $27, and I also checked out the price of what a basic mani/pedi combo would be which was $37. Not bad at all! I'll be back. read more

I have been getting my nails done for over a dozen years. I thought I'd try this place. I was shocked how much I was charged when I left. I had a $33 pedicure which was fine because I asked for a little extra. But I was charged a total of $83 meaning $50 to have my nails done! $5 for taking off and $25 for a full set with gel polish. They told me to have gel it was $20 extra. I have only paid $10 extra for gel in all the years I've been getting it. Nails were done well but won't go back? read more
