Walked in for a Pedi yesterday. Very friendly woman at the desk. She asked me to wash my hands before starting, which I greatly appreciated. The first thing I noticed was that everything is sparkling clean, with no chemical smell. I was seated immediately by my tech, Michael, in a very comfy vibrating chair. Michael had already started the water (in a disposable plastic liner). Great Pedi and the massage by Michael was the best in a very long time! I come here regularly. They do a good job and their prices are very fair. It's whomever is available, you usually can't request a certain tech unless you call ahead. Most time, they can help you within a few minutes of walking in. If you want ombré, which I did, you might have a 10-15 minute wait. Today they were playing 90's to current popular music. The salon is clean other than some nail polish splatter at some of the stations. They do reuse nail files, don't use fresh ones, if that is a concern of yours. Milk be back. I decided to try this place out since it was close by and open on a Sunday. I didn't have an appointment and they still got me seated very quickly. The aesthetics are nice and overall it's very clean. I like the electronic check in system they use that allows you to choose your service and request a particular nail tech, if they are available. They use the liners in the pedicure bowl which is great! They offered me a beverage, which were visible in the mini fridge. They had name brand soda and water which I can appreciate. The massage chairs are nice, not too rough or bumpy. There aren't a million settings to choose from which is nice. Some of those chairs make you do too much. As far as my service, Bond did an ok job overall. I felt like he rushed through the pedicure as far as trimming dead skin and cleaning under the nails. He did a GREAT job on the massage, truly the best part. The polishing was not so great. I had red polish left on my skin and he didn't polish close to the cuticle so it looks like my toenails have already grown out. He also didn't polish thoroughly along the sides of one of my big toes. For $65 I definitely would have liked a better experience but it was decent enough that I would go back. I think every business deserves a second chance. read more

I really wish I was giving 5 stars but I simply cannot. I was hopeful due to others reviews but didn't experience as such. Atmosphere is nice, clean, I was greeted right away. I received paraffin treatment with manicure. I brought my own nail polish. The gentleman was very nice who did my nails and it seemed to be going great until the clean top coat. (Hard to tell if it was the polish or top coat that was the issue in terms of even coating) but It was goopy and showed up as such on my nails. I'm sorry but I honestly I could do better at home, (and I will be touching them up the rest of my day today) it's just disappointing because I don't treat myself but once or twice a year, and this just makes me want to keep just doing it myself. I'd be open to trying again and using their polish, gel, or acrylics/supplies. I really hate writing negative reviews but I was highly disappointed in this place and my experience. I came for a gel manicure and eyebrow wax. My immediate "uh oh" was when I had to initiate a conversation with my nail technician. I was neither greeted nor spoken to the entire time I was having my nails done. Now, in reality, I'm not looking for a long conversation, but a simple "hello" would have gone a long way. I was never asked how I wanted my nails to be shaped and left with black polish on the skin surrounding numerous nails. When she then proceeded to wax my eyebrows, little attention was paid to plucking the few hairs out of shape, which I was left to clean up at home. Very disappointed and won't be back. read more

I'd always been happy with my service. The place is clean and my tech was nice so I came back but not after today. Be respectful of peoples time and don't take appointments if you can't uphold them. I work very long hours and was excited to have time today to get my nails done so I'm very disappointed. TLDR; I was overcharged for my pedicure. The cashier pulled up camera footage and tried to involve a random customer in the dispute. I visited Bella Lux Nails & Spa with a friend for mani/pedis. We had a 6 pm appointment, but we ended up waiting 15 minutes to start. We got our manicures first, and I had a great experience with Phuong Bui. She even went above and beyond to fix a crack in one of my nails, which I really appreciated. I tipped her before moving on to the pedicure. Both my friend and I requested the deluxe pedicure, which was listed as $45 on the website but $55 in person. According to the menu they presented me in store, the deluxe pedicure is supposed to include a classic pedicure, a 7-minute reflexology massage, and a mud mask. After the soaking/cleaning part, my nail tech began by applying a mint-scented blue gel to my legs. I assumed this was the "mud" as I had never had this service before. After that, she applied a lot of lotion to my legs and feet before starting to paint my toenails. As I watched my friend, I noticed she was getting the actual opaque mud mask and a massage on her legs and feet, which made me realize I was missing parts of the treatment. I saw several other people receiving massages as well. By the time she finished painting my nails, it was nearing closing time, and she left without providing the massage or the mud mask. Later, when I went to the back to use the restroom, I discovered that the blue gel my tech used was actually menthol muscle rub. When it was time to pay, I explained to the cashier that I hadn't received the full deluxe pedicure and just wanted to pay for the classic pedicure. I specifically pointed out that I didn't get the massage or the mud mask. They gave me a hard time about this and eventually, the cashier called the tech and even pulled up video footage of the service (I did not ask for this). I explained that the video showed my nail tech applying lotion, not giving a massage, and that I had also not received the mud mask. The situation dragged on for about five or more minutes, during which I repeatedly asked to simply pay for the classic pedicure and leave. I even offered to pay the full price and not leave a tip, or just pay for the basic pedicure and leave a tip. Despite this, they didn't respond clearly and were ignoring me. At one point, the cashier even showed the footage to a random customer, asking her if it looked like I received a massage. Thankfully, the customer didn't engage and just wanted to leave as well. Eventually, they charged me the full price for the deluxe pedicure, and I paid without leaving a tip for the pedicure service. Afterward, the random customer expressed sympathy, telling me she was sorry for how I had been treated. Unfortunately Lynn no longer works here and it has changed my experience of this place completely. Went to get my eyebrows done about a month ago and the lady had ZERO customer care. She used very hot wax after telling her that it was too hot. She still proceeded to use the hot wax and ended up with bad irritation and she even had to apply Neosporin afterwards. This has never happened to me. Today I decided to given someone else a chance and she did fine. However, upon my arrival I was going to receive service from the same lady on my previous visit and I kindly asked if I could get someone else. The third time was awful. I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for a pedicure. I had an appointment time off 2PM and then I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to get on the chair. I've been to Bella Lux nails twice now and each time the experience is great. I make an appt at least two days before and I've been able to get in from there. They do take walk-ins as well. It helps to make an appt because depending on what you're getting they're usually ready for you. I've only gotten pedicures but each one has been really good. The underneath layers were still wet/sticky and paint rubbed off on my sheets. I have never had a gel pedicure come off even after a month and cutting back my nails myself. I arrived at 11:42 my appointment was at 11:45 this morning was my first appointment I called around 10:15 and asked for acrylic fill in with a gel pedicure. I also asked bout how long I was told it take an hour. The receptionist was really nice and said I should ask for an discount due to all the waiting it's now 1:30 I've been in this nail salon for now almost 2 hours for a service that should take no longer than an hour I was told. as someone who is all about punctually this was not a fond experience. Everyone is friendly and seems kind but time management is very poor. My nails were started at around 1:55 then he completely them around 3 o'clock . I love my nails and toes but after 3 Hours in there I was quite frustrated they quality of the work is worth it but this mess up my whole day I was late to my event. My grand total was 85.00 which I didn't receive any kind of discount as I got a basic pedicure 35 (plus the charge for polish removal that I didn't have)and an acrylic fill at 45. My nail tech moved so now I'm looking for a new one so I plan to give them another chance in two weeks hopefully this was just a one time occurrence. read more
