We walked in on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened (no appointment). My cousin got a fill and I got a gel pedicure and manicure. The workers were very nice. The place seemed to have regulars and got busy within the hour of opening. Upon check in and check out, there's a machine that asks for your phone number and to select a service. The system did not generate a receipt nor was I shown one, but the prices seemed about right. Less than an hour later the paint on one of my nails had slightly came off. By the end of the night a few more chipped. Considering I was not doing much with my hands that day, I had never experienced gel wearing off so quickly. I have pretty healthy nails (i don't use fake nails since mine grow and don't crack easily) and when my hands went under the machine, I experienced slight burning a handful of times. That day my gel toes did the dancing that night and 2.5 weeks later remain in tact with no chips. We were in attendance at a wedding and could not go back to the shop that day. However I did call, and the number does not have a message option. I sent a message through Yelp to the business but never received a response.. although friendly service in the shop, I was disappointed with the ability to communicate with the shop outside of being present in it regarding the immediate chipping of my nails read more

Made an appointment and asked how long is the wait was told 30 min. This is NOT the first time it happens. The ladies there are rude and will talk about you in their language. I had Google translate on and heard them say...wait is going to be 45 minutes. Just be honest. I could of came back and ran other errands. They rush the service. Had services done in the past and it was rush and the gel is old. read more

I did not like the shape of my nails and the nails were thick and tough . Not acrylic just gel. Liked the way nails came out the time before and disappointed with this visit . makes me question if I will return. Tech was very kind but the job not too good read more

I've gone to this location on and off since 2019. Something has changed within the last year or so and I will no longer be coming back. First it was that the ladies working got ruder and ruder. I gave it a chance because maybe they were tired from working hard all day or something else. we're all human and the expectation for perfection is unfair but i cannot excuse the rude facial expressions i've seen them make when judging women's feet. i sat next to a lovely woman my last visit and the lady working on her kept making grossed out faces. the poor woman realized it and i saw her facial expressions dim. the final straw is now two of my nails are infected to the point it starting breaking apart and now I will have to wait months in hope for my nail health to return. half of my nails are gone from the damage from this salon. please be careful if you choose to go here. read more

I hate that i'm leaving a bad review because I want all businesses to thrive. I came in on Saturday to get dip powder on my nails (this was great and done by Rose) but my toenails were a disaster! I got gel because it lasts longer but as soon as I got home the whole top layer comes off on my big toe. I was upset because I had an event to go to, but just dealt with it. Also, all of my other toes were smudged and bulky, like too much paint was added. This isn't even the worst part. I go back in today (Sunday) to try to get them fixed. The only man in the establishment is extremely rude and entitled. I think he was mad that I came in and explained that I was just in yesterday and I need my toes redone. It's the truth, so no I do not care that your other customers can hear. He tried to tell me it would be an hour (ridiculous) so I said that I can come back in an hour and then he told me that I couldn't and that I needed to be back at 5....that makes no sense. He tried to explain that they don't take anyone after 5pm, but you just told me you can't help me until 5:30? Anyways he tried to have me sit down after he saw I was upset but I left and told him I would be back at 5. I was helped by the same woman who did a terrible job in the first place and I needed to be somewhere by 5:45 so I just asked to remove the polish and let me leave. She burned two o my toes with that dumb machine taking it off and also cut me (there was blood) and I had to tell her to use acetone to get the remainder off. Now I need to let my toes heal before applying anything else to them,l. This has never happened before and I'm so disappointed. The service here has definitely gone down hill over the years. I will not return and I wish I didn't give them $103 of my money. Also, my toes look too hideous to post. read more

I hate that I'm leaving a bad review... I love how the gentleman that works here does my nails... I got my nails done last week. A nail broke. I can in first thing to have it fixed.. I asked for help to fix my nail and the woman said it would be 45 minutes.. the woman who walked in behind me who needed a full set was seated right away. I shrugged it off and called/came back. Waited and three people who came in for fill set were taken before me. No one helped me until I said something. Even though it would be more money for them to do a full set. I'm still a customer. Tried I Love Nails today and I was placed with Jen. I used yelp projects to find a salon nearby. This spot was the closest one to me to respond. Jen was great; listened to what I wanted and did her best to deliver. It was $30 for my gel manicure, $10 for my gel x removal and $10 for the nail art you see in the photo. All in all not a bad deal these days. Also, best part, she had me in and out within an hour! Note: They were out of a few of the colors that I originally wanted so I'd advise you have a little wiggle room in the conception of the color scheme you want. However, I ended up close enough. Horrible establishment!!!!! The nails were nice! The manicurist felt so bad for her rudeness. The owner is the rudest owner I have ever met. Unorganized, rude, unprofessional, as I see the other reviews now I get it. I will never ever ever ever patronize this place again. As a business owner, you don't treat people rude or disregard them ... wasted my time. I would Say my money too.... But the lady who did my nails tried her best. STAY AWAY! The manicurst at this place are unprofessional and didn't do a good job. My friend and I went as a girls day trip. I went and got gel x as a teeat to myself and this is what I got. It looks good from a far but the details under the nails are thick and has residue power I can't wash off from the glue and filing machine. My friend wanted to get gel x as well and was contemplating on what exact design/color she wanted. When she finally decided on french tips, the coat looked see through and my friend wasn't happy and asked for my opinion. The nail tech lashed out on us saying I wanted thin tips and my friend wanted thick which was not true. He was then giving her an attitude which made the whole experience awkward instead of relaxing. My friend ended up choosing a sparkly color to go on top of the see through pink. It ended up looking nice but the details was trash. Isn't that what we pay extra for? Overall I would not recommend this place. I did go one tome before this and had a good experience (I just got gel nails). It's sad how nail salons charge for every extra service but can't provide good quality service. Be prepared to pay in cash when you go. They also charge 2% on top of tips when you use a card and their ATM machine also charges $3.5. So disappointed with the service and quality especially for paying $75 read more

Zoey does an excellent job with the service! Pays attention to detail and honestly no complaints in the quality service area. However, I do feel like the last few time I've been to this establishment the social aspect of the atmosphere has decreased significantly, especially with there clients. Hopefully it's just a minor setback for a major comeback! will definitely be back, and most definitely update. read more

I haven't hand my nails done in 3 months --so my hands and nails are horrendous (I'm not gonna go into detail about that) my excuse is, I was pregnant. Lol ANYWAY... I used to come here pre pregnancy at least once a month and tail end of my pregnancy I stopped coming. Today I decided to pop in and get them done. And boy oh boy did they not disappoint. My feet have been restored to cute and smooth and I'm talking if you have a foot fetish my feet would make the cut cute. Lol My manicure by Jade --cute and simple my full set, they feel so light and airy I'm in love with acrylics again. I will be booking all my future manicures with her. So this is my usual place to get my nails done but my nail lady Amy was off. There's two guys who work there the tall man nd a younger guy. The tall older man was so rude I walked in he was sweeping he told me to wash my hands and where to sit. Me thinking he was going to come and soak my nails he never stopped what he was doing the phone rang he answered it he knew my name cause I had an appointment he came to me nd said we need to soak your nails but he went back to sweeping I waited a little bit then I said to him what happened I thought you were going to soak my nails he said AFTER .. so I got up and started to walked out..After I got up to walk out he said I'm done I said no you finish I'm out.. lazy jerk.. read more

My sisters, mom, niece and I visited this location a couple of days before Thanksgiving. We all left extremely happy with the service, staff were very kind, and the place was clean. The main thing I liked about this place was the fact that there were no additional charges added at the end and no annoying upselling. Owner added everything in 1 tab at the end and it was exactly what we had been quoted. Because there was 5 of us, they gave mom a longer foot massage at no additional cost. Very welcoming and nice! Only negative, I did not see a pricing list anywhere in the establishment. So ask before you get the service done. read more

Nancy did my daughter's nails on September 22 for her Quinceañera on September 23. I felt it was pretty pricey, but when I saw the results and realized how much work went into creating her vision, I felt like it was worth it. My first time at I Love Nails and I'm so glad I came by! I was immediately greeted by everyone here and was sat very quickly. Nancy was the one who did my gel pedicure and her and I instantly became friends! She said I came at a really good time cause they were super busy prior (lucky me) but she really spent her sweet time taking care of me and educating me on how to take care of my toe nails (I haven't gotten a pedicure in months!!!) I'm very particular about my nails. I've had some good and some not so great experiences locally. I am 100% happy with my experience at I Love Nails. It's a small salon with a peaceful vibe. I had a last minute appointment with Gracy and she did an amazing job! I got a full set with Gel X, a rounded french tip and mini rhinestones on my ring fingers. The shape is perfect on them and exactly like the reference photo. She worked quickly and made sure that I approved of my nails at every step. Would 10/10 recommend going to her! read more

I came in as a walk in on a Thursday. I ended up waiting about an hour for a pedicure but it was well worth it. Jenny was very careful with my feet and did an amazing job. The pedicure included the hot stone massage which was so nice. The total came to $58 and I would highly recommend this business. read more

Owner is very rude and disrespectful. I received a gel x full set and she wanted to put the nails on my fingers to where it looks like I need a fill. I tried to explain to her how I want them she then began to get loud and argue and said disrespectful things to me. This is not the way you treat paying customers that want their nails done CORRECTLY. read more

Kim (fat Asian woman) is so rude and has a nasty personality. I used to get my nails done by jack- he is amazing and knows what he is doing, he files nails like goals. Other than him no one wants to file. Unfortunately After my experience with Kim I will never go back to this place again not only do I feel uncomfortable but disgusted. She was so evil to my toddler girls, my daughters are very well behaved. They each stood by my side the entire time because when they tried to sit in the empty chairs next to me she seemed annoyed so they stood up the entire time at least 45 min every other time I go the nail techs offer my girls chairs- it's common sense to being a good human being to offer little girls a seat. They didn't make a peep because my daughters were scared of her. As I was getting my nails done my daughter was holding my arm because she was afraid of Kim and her nasty energy, in no way at all was my daughter interfering with Kim doing my nails she was just quietly standing and waiting Kim yelled at my daughter to let go of my arm my daughter quickly let goAnd looks at me with tear filled eyes. She is just evil. My girls are so behaved for being only 3 and 4 they were quiet and patient which btw is very RARE for toddlers. I went in a few months ago with purple glittery gel and asked her for a fill and repainted. She is terrible at doing nails just like her personality- nasty. She Used acrylic powder to do my Fill and added a bunch of extra acrylic to my set and did not bother To file my nails. My nails were originally coffin and after she was done they were not coffin and they were all different sizes and shapes. She then told me I'd have to pick a dark color to cover my purple that would peek under. I picked a hot pink and she continued to layer it so uneven and so chunky, they were the ugliest nails I have ever seen I just couldn't hide my expression so when she continued to ask what was wrong I tried to be very polite and said they looked very chunky and she was nasty and said it's my fault because I should've picked a darker color ! at that point I was over her. I told her I was leaving and going to get them done by someone else. I really regret not taking a picture of my nails they were so ugly. She was probably just in a bad mood and did not want to be there so she didn't even try because I can't imagine her working there With such terrible work. She has no pride in her work and did not care that I walked out with those disgusting nails I would've been embarrassed to give a customer that kind of a manicure. Kim your a nasty woman. When I went to the other salon the nail lady was so shocked that someone would let me out of the salon with nails like that. We laughed at her work ethic and joked how my 3 year old could do better nails than Kim. read more

Well spoken and worked With my schedule! I was so excited to come today! The salon is in a great location! As I had an appt...I was running late! I called because I was running late. I told the gentleman/owner I was running "15 min." Late....due to my back issues I came 45 min later:( I was welcomed In with smiles and a very warm staff! Professional , clean, new, modern and absolutely clean and sterile! The salon is very open and all the equipment is fast quick....up to date or actually the best! Alanna was the best! She has a fun awesome personality! ALANNA IS THE BEST TECH!!!! Alanna did the BEST FULL SET PINK AND WHITE WITH MY FAVORITE SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS!!!!! My nails look beautiful and very natural! Alanna the best tech has great expertise and I must say it shows!! My pedicure was amazing! Kelly the tech did a great job! Strongly recommend this place. Very clean and inviting. It's under new ownership, and today was their 2nd day open. Great customer service. I'm not from this area but I'm making this my go to place even though it's a great distance from home because they did such an awesome job with both, my ombré full set nails and my pedicure. Annie listened to every single request I made and my nails came out perfect. I absolutely love them! Annie is great at what she does, and her sweet and mellow attitude were just wonderful. Paulina was also the best at doing my pedicure. She listened well to my requests and is very detailed, organized and super clean. Such a beautiful personality as well, and what a teamwork between the 2 of them. The place is very inviting, and with Annie and Paulina there, my morning was just a great start to my day. They both went out of their way to make me feel welcome and treated me with respect and professionalism. I'm pretty sure this place will be very successful as the quality and the service is definitely one of a kind, and so far, it tops every single place I've been to before. I am a regular here and I've always recommended this place however I came here last night and was seated with Benny who was a brand new employee and as soon as he began I could tell he was not experienced with dip powder nails. Benny cut my thumb with a sharp instrument while trying to remove my old nails, which I understand accidents happen yet he wasn't apologetic nor did he clean the area and he left my dried blood and just applied the powder over it making it still visible when finished. As he was about to apply the top coat he asked me if I liked them and I said no. This made Benny very hostile and he angrily wiped my top coat off and told me to pay and leave. I was pissed and I said I'm not going to pay if you're not going to finish them. I left without paying and my nails look like shit. The only saving grace was the manager finally saying something at the very end when I was already on my way out and offering me to come back the next day for a free set. I appreciated the offer but I'm reluctant on returning to this place. I am also very concerned about getting an infection because my cut wasn't properly cleaned. Now I get to walk around for 2 weeks with crusty blood under my thumb nail. read more

I have been coming to I love Nails for about a year now and I really loved this place. I personally love male nail techs, But after 2 of my FAVORITE nail techs left I had no choice but to settle for "JACK" and when I say settle I mean SETTLE. He is the worst nail tech I have ever had in my life . He is rude . Inconsiderate . He cuts me all the time and when I tell him he's cutting me or he's shaving my skin he does not STOP! He keeps going and tells me to relax my hand. How can I relax and I'm bleeding and in pain!? Don't get me wrong his work is beautiful but his customer service skills and awareness is TERRIBLE! My grandmother passed away a few days prior to me getting my nails done so I was a bit down, he called me boring and went on and on how he didn't like it. What a rude bastard!!! So I've decided to no longer get my acrylics done here but will still come for my pedicures because I love Christine! Don't go to jack! You will be sorry. read more

I love this place :) They are always the nicest and they do a wonderful job on my nails I do come once a month and I do get different people. I did have one guy who looks like he's always in utter shock and did a very bad job and I complained and asked for someone else without question they went ahead and switched him out and the lady who fixed his mess did awesome :) So I would recommend this place to anyone :) they have very reasonable prices :) I found them by yelp and also calling in and asking how much a gel manicure cost :) Only $20 not too bad :) read more

I nails is the best nail salon I've been to in a long time!! Not only do they do excellent work they are all young and they dress cute and most of all they are very professional. They have thee best colors to choose. My nails stay on forever I get so many compliments from people about my nails and my pedicures! Where can you find someone that would first "listen" to what you want..then "figure" the design that fits your idea. Phoebe did! I was blown away by the service as well as the quality of work itself at first , don't have it in me to shame someone personally but after my last experience im convinced as other reviewers said they don't care about loyal customers. Dishonest about pricing ! If I'm going to pay $70 for full set and pedicure you better greet me with a smile, and most importantly don't take another client when I have an appointment, I got there early for a reason. Amy was so sweet, and created the perfect almond shape ( i'm very particular- and she really did an awesome job. The shop seens clean.. And pretty inside. This is one of the very few salons in Rancho Cucamonga that does SNS nails, which is more natural, organic without using led lights to cure. Makes your nails stronger and last longer then gel. Amy and Philip are both great at doing my nails each time. This is my go to place to get mani/pedi done. Highly recommend. read more
