I had a really great experience here. I called for a walk-in and they were able to take me even though when I went, they were pretty booked. They had lots of staffs ready to provide service. I only come here when my regular nail tech is busy, but I'm considering returning here. This place is super clean with good aesthetics. I had refills on my acrylic French tip for $55 and my French tip pedicure was $40. Make sure to show them a photos exactly what you want, because some words maybe lost in translation. These staffs are Chinese and not the typical Vietnamese. I had two staffs working on me simultaneously and they both were gentle and constantly asked if I was happy with the shaping and stuff. After my nails were done, I received massages with lotion and oils that felt amazing. I was happy with the overall experience. Even the man at the front desk came to say hi to me and to ensure I was happy with the service. I used to get my nails done at another place all the time. I haven't for a few years because life can get real busy with kids and all the other things. Plus, in this economy? Anyway, I had a gift certificate from awhile back that I never used, so last week I went in for a gel manicure. It was nice and quiet in there, Christian music playing. Not my thing but it was mellow. Everyone was nice and they accepted my walk-in so, a star for that. I got my nails done, builder gel, filed down, french tip, and white chrome ($70). They came out okay. I was nicked in the cuticles a few times and I noticed my nail tech was pulling her file bits from a little box that said "soiled tools". I wanted to have a good attitude so I assumed it was just mislabeled. I have now learned to call this out if I'm unsure because I woke up the next morning with an infection my finger was swollen, itchy, throbbing, and red radiated down my finger from my cuticle. YIKES. A doctors visit and a few days of antibiotics and I'm better, but what a bummer. I have 4 kids and a lot on my plate. I just wanted an hour of time to take care of me and now I have builder gel on my nails that I don't know how to remove and a fear of getting my nails done ever again. I originally asked for them for a manager because I am in town from out of state for a funeral and my sister in law goes here and swore by him. When I went on Sunday, they said he wasn't there. I asked for builder gel and chrome in a violet color. By day two it was starting to peel. I returned yesterday. They gave me a little bit of a hard time at first until I again asked for the manager and they said he wasn't there again. They agreed to redo my nails. Today again all my nails were peeling. I went back and talked to the manager and explained I can't keep coming back every other day. By that night the polish had peeled completely off 2 nails, and was peeling off a third. I came back the next morning with my receipt to show them what was happening. The woman at the front named Jenny began yelling at me that their work was quality, the woman who did my nails wasn't there that day and that they had already completed their service. I was so shocked by the fact that she yelled at me the way she did that I began to cry - again 9.5 MONTHS PREGNANT. She said the most they could do was fix the nails that were peeling. tl;dr great attention to detail, wish this was my local salon I'm a snob from West LA who lives in the Bay Area. I miss decent pedicures in LA. That being said, this place is one of the best I've been to. I come to the hinterlands to visit my in-laws and I stumbled on it. The workers are so polite, even to each other (I understand enough Mandarin to hear it.) They ask about what shape you want and check in often to make sure you're happy with the work. I've never had a tech compare my hands to make sure they're the same. Clean cuticles? Yep. Polish to the edge to last longer? Yep. Looks great for weeks? Yep! My boyfriend and I made an appointment for 5:30 and they actually were ready for us on time!!! (It's been my experience that with a lot of nail salons, an appointment means almost nothing) The salon was clean and ADORABLE with stuffed animals everywhere! My boyfriend recieved a basic mani and pedi for $37 and it was totally worth it! I had a basic mani and a Spa Spectrum pedi, I believe mine was around $54. Your price for a manicure or pedicure will include simple cuticle trimming, massage, and oil finish. 3. Clean environment and stations. They thoroughly sanitize each chair before a new client sits. They include new foot soak liners with each client. 4. Qualified technicians. I have had the chance to sit with a couple of different technicians at the salon, and so far so good! 5. Be prepared to spend at least an hour plus in this salon. The girls are very thorough and take their time, if you're in a rush, make an appointment and come back. Overall, I have been pleasantly surprised that the technicians and the quality is great with each visit. My only suggestion would to be very clear on what you were expecting BEFORE they began the work. That way you know beforehand whether or not they can provide you with what you are expecting. This was my go to place but not so after today. The ladies have been nice and the place appears to be clean. Today I got my pedicure, as the lady attempted to remove my gel, she used cuticle cutters to peel it off rather than use solution and foil or file it off. I immediately thought "why is she doing it like that?" As soon as I thought that she cut my nail! Right in the middle of my big toe by pressing down with a sharp object. I said "ouch" since it did hurt, and then it got a little pink line where it opened. It wasn't bleeding but you can see when blood rushes and makes a line in the nail. She then said "oh I didn't cut you I just removed the gel?" I'm like really. I said Ouch and I'm gonna lie about being cut? Over all I told her please just finish by filing the gel off, since I can't walk around half gelled. Didn't want any polish now..she asked why? Well if you have a cut don't cover it or it gets infected. If she would have said sorry rather than pretend nothing happened. I might have been back. It's was downhill from there, no filing nails to shape, just cut down, massage was not good and she tried to put alcohol. I'm like no , I'll put peroxide when I get home. She had some peroxide instead and bC it didn't bubble like a massive cut she said" see I didn't cut you"...wow! Never be back! read more

I began going here in January 2023 after looking for a local nail salon that actually cares about the quality & what you want. Generally, this nail salon does a good job & they're very friendly. My pedicures are always really nice. Although there was one time at the beginning of Aug 2023 that I had to come back bcuz my big toe wasn't nice at all - I gave it a day or two but couldn't stand the look of it and went back to have it corrected, which they promptly fixed. The leg/foot massage is always so nice, though! Where I find the service to be inconsistent and why I'm only giving 3 stars is when it comes to my acrylic manicures. There have been at least 4 times I was told they wouldn't do what I requested. Major disappointment as I don't request complicated things (I typically get a simple pink/white powder acrylic), yet it always seems like an issue. Pink/White powder acrylic is one of the most common nail designs, and the fact that they rarely want to do it and/or claim to not have time is upsetting and makes me wonder if I should continue going there. I've asked for stiletto nails before as well as a coffin shape, was told no. They literally have a display with these shapes as options, and besides, they're not complicated requests and fairly standard/common. On July 3rd (I know - holiday - so I was reasonable) I requested pink/white and Joey told me he didn't have time. However, he worked with me to create an ombré effect that was absolutely beautiful! It was a mix of the pink/white I prefer but blended nicely, which ended up elongating/thinning my fingers. I came back a few weeks later and got a fill/gel on top instead since it wasn't a normal pink/white fill I tried to work with them by not asking for much to try and make it easier on them. Then came last Saturday when I arrived at 1:30 pm. Asked for a pedicure and informed them I wanted a new pink/white set/fill (if they think a fill will be go with that). I had my pedicure done and it came out good! Freya is amazing at her job and my toes look so pretty! The issue comes when it was time to do my manicure. There was apparently a lot of confusion between staff about who was doing them (I guess some ppl only do certain styles) and they thought I was getting gel again, to which I reminded them I wanted a new pink/white powder set. The first girl couldn't (wouldn't?) do it, so I was moved to somebody else. They asked me over and over what I wanted and I was consistently specific that I wanted a pink/white powder acrylics. She kept asking if I wanted a french tip and I said yes, but using pink/white powder. I did also ask for the ombré and was told they don't do that there. Rather than arguing that Joey did that for me two months ago, I said OK and moved on. While she was doing my pink/white powder acrylics she questioned if I'd been going somewhere else bcuz the nail extensions underneath were in bad shape. I reassured her I'd only been going here since the beginning of the year. Well, she began adding the pink powder, however she was using the thinnest amount I've ever witnessed in my 17 years of getting this particular style. The nail extensions underneath can be seen it is so thin. To top it off, she didn't use white powder to design the tip! I specifically asked for it bcuz in the past they used white gel to make the french tip and I hated it. Well, she used white gel paint for the tip and not only does it chip off easily, it's also not painted as neat as it could've been. The white isn't consistently white, making it blotchy in some areas. I'm upset I agreed to let them touch my nails this week as this week was extremely important for me, and I wanted everything to look nice. Looking at the pictures, you'll see that they aren't smooth, that the french tips are blotchy and some not even straight/curved correctly, and that the tips are all chipping. I let them know how rough I can be with my nails and why I was so insistent that it only be pink/white powder acrylic, but it's like they don't actually care what you want. Left at almost 4PM and this is what I had to leave with. Final note: The first pictures were taken the day of and the pictures showing the tips were taken today, only 6 days later. read more

Awful! I had to ask two times for her to fix my nails and they still came out so bad! On my big toe she didn't even file it even. I was also with somebody who got the same pedicure package i finished first but then saw that the person doing her toes massaged her feet which was something i didn't get. I have been doing my nails and home for about 7 years decided to treat myself and I would NEVER leave my toes looking like this at home. She also "removed and ingrown" and cut my big toenail down the Sadie more than halfway where i had fresh skin and it now tender. I found this gem last year when I needed a last minute pedicure and manicure for my birthday. I'm so happy I did! It's a five minute drive from my house. They have always done such an amazing job on my nails, they last for several weeks. I don't get to come in as often because of my children, but today I braved it out and took my 5 and 2 1/2 year old with me. They were so accommodating and understanding. Joey and Jenny took great care of me and my boys. Joey even did my wax in the pedicure chair so my boys could stay right next to me. If I could rate my experience at zero stars, I would.. the lady who did my nails is ridiculous, she's rude & not to mention laughs when she clips your nail to short or bends your finger nail back and it's clear that shit doesn't feel good or something to laugh about. She put the acrylic so far up it looks like I've had them on for 2 weeks. Not too mention the acrylic doesn't even cover my whole nail. Today was my first time here & I immediately fell in LOVE with this place! It is sooo adorable (as shown in the pictures) & the staff is very kind!! They are SUPER clean, probably the cleanest nail salon I've been in. My mom & I came in around 5:30 on a rainy day & they weren't busy at all so they were able to quickly accommodate us. Another women came in 10 minutes after us & since there were only 2 of them working she was very honest with her by telling the other woman that they would not have time for her today because they're a bit slow since they like to take their time. I LOVE that she was honest cause most places I've been too wouldn't say anything; they'd make you wait & then say sorry come back tomorrow. As for pricing, it is reasonably priced like other places in Rancho. For the basic pedicure i got it was $23. However, I did get 10% off since it was my first time. I've been going here for few years, as a close by nail salon. They're really nice, pedicures survive for a long time. However, the biggest con is the acrylic guy. He's very super rude, hurts the skin, disrespect, made my bleed few time and doesn't even apologize.. I went for my wedding in july and he was super rude, I left with tears. I would have given no star but no choice. I walked in, I was asked for what I wanted. The lady sat me down on one of the chairs, gave me no instructions, no soaking water - nothing. It was busy and I had no appointment- I understand there can be a wait but not to be told what to expect is unacceptable. I wasted my time waiting for at least 15 mins to hear nothing. Everyone here is very friendly and attentive but every time I get a pedicure, I feel like it's super rushed. I got here a little after 12:00pm and my pedicure took 20 minutes! My usual spot was busy and booked, they usually take 45 min to an hour and take their time there. Wasn't sure of the lady's name who did my pedicure but before she applied the coat, she didn't even realize there was still paint from my LAST pedicure on my toe still... Not a bad job but could have been better and not as rushed. They charge 23 for a basic pedicure and I wasn't even in the chair for 25 min lol. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could. read more
