Super friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in during the weekend with minimal waiting. However, there was a bit of a wait for the people who came in after me even though they said they had an appointment. I really only waited for them to prep the pedicure station. I opted for a pedicure with callus removal and sugar scrub. The scrub was fine, like not too gritty. The massage was light pressure. My calluses were only partially removed. Something went wrong with the gel polish on my pinky toe because it peeled off the very next day. Either incomplete prep or incorrect gel polish application. No issues with the polish on other toes. There is still an excess of dead skin around my big toes. The service was speedy! I think with a little more attention to detail, this could have been great. read more

The good: I was able to get a seat for mani & pedi in less than 10 minutes without an appointment. Prices are fair compared to other shops, which have really increased over the years. The bad: My toe technician either forgot to add the clear to my gel or the gel was no good. Either way, by the next day, my toes looked terrible. The finish was completely matte, and you could see areas where color was missed. I went back the next day for a correction, and the whole vibe was really uncomfortable. The person fixing my toes was visibly annoyed at having to correct someone else's job. He was rough, rushed, and tore both of my big toe cuticles pretty badly. I left with bloody, sore cuticles and had to slip on my own sandals. Slipping on my own sandals was no big deal, but it was definitely a silent signal of his annoyance. He finished and just walked away. I'm not sure if I'll be back. I want to chalk it up to someone having a bad day, but it definitely wasn't a good way to treat a client because of a shop error. The owner was there, but he said nothing. I guess in the end I got what I paid for. read more

Don't waste your time. I had an appointment and got there on time. They sat me down right away and told me that someone would be with me in 5 minutes. After over 20 minutes, I wasn't acknowledged and it didn't look like anyone was coming so I left. They saw me leaving and still didn't say anything. Went in for a gel pedicure and a gel builder fill. The gentleman did my gel pedicure good. Unfortunately, my manicure was pretty bad. I asked for a design and she wasn't able to do it so I just stuck to a French tip in pink, it came out super thick at first but thought maybe that's how it was supposed to look since i went shorter than what I came in with. I went home and everyone told me it was really bad, so I went back and asked if I can just remove them, they said they'll try to fix it, it came out as bad as the first time. My nails were in so much pain I just ended up keeping them since they thinned my nail out a lot and they're bendy now. read more

I had the worst experience I've ever had here. I called the day prior to book an appointment. They insisted the only time they had was 11:30am. I just moved to the area from Orange County and was looking for a new place that was good at acrylics and designs. The nail tech showed up at 11:44am and walked in with no greeting or apology for being late. She then stopped half way through my nails to start someone else's and told me I could meet her at her chair when she's done with the other lady! What is the point of having an appointment? On top of that they were the worst looking acrylics I've ever had in my life and I've gone a TON of places. I ended up asking her to remove them they were so bad. The man who did my pedicure was amazing. He needs to leave that place. read more

probably the worst set of "acrylic" toes i've ever gotten done. i walked in asking for an acrylic set, after the guy asked which menu i wanted and just chose the $60 pedicure package which i thought it came with the acrylic full set bc that's what i asked for when i came in. after the painful leg massage he started putting clear gel polish on my toes and no acrylic.. i said i wanted an acrylic full set and showed him a photo of a square white acrylic set and said that it would be an extra $40. he drilled the skin around my toe beds causing them to be raw, shoving his real nail under my toe nail which hurt like hell after applying the acrylic. the shaping was quite ridiculous never in my life have i seen acrylic even shaped like keyboards, no effort was even put into the shaping it was so bad i had to go home and fix it which took like 30 min.i really feel like they played in my face especially sitting in that chair for 2 hours of my life and had the audacity to ask if my total was included with tip. $93 was my total and i tried giving $95 in cash and he couldn't even count the cash correctly, i had 4 20s and 3 5s laid out counting it in front of him and he kept saying it's $93 and making it seem like my total wasn't the right amount as if he was trying to make me pay more for a tip i ended up just paying tap. literally the worst and painful experience read more

I've given this shop a few try's, sometimes ok and sometimes detrimental Yes they have a value in town but these reviews do not reflect how dirty it really is in there, it does not look like they even try surface level cleaning. Called an hour before coming in and they told me I was welcomed to come whenever. I sat first with michael who did my acrylic & shaping and he was AMAZING ! So conversational & kept checking if I liked the shape, length, and if I was comfortable. He was also quick ! Very talented nail tech. He then sent me to I believe Hannah or Halum I couldn't quite hear her name, she's the younger lady with highlights, who then did my design. She let me pick my base coat color & then the design color. The entire time she worked she asked things like if I wanted one or two coats, if I liked the design, did I like the color, always before she did the rest of my nails. I appreciated the attention to detail & eagerness to make sure I liked my nails. At a point of my appointment I didn't like the color bc it didn't match my inspiration, so she fixed it quickly and it was perfection ! I'm not from San Diego & was apprehensive about getting services done here bc I'm new to the area & people, but they were the best nail salon I have EVER been to !
