My nail tech actually comes here for her pedicures, so I figured they had to be good--and she was right! She recommended Lisa, and I absolutely loved how my toes turned out. The gel polish was smooth, the shape was perfect, and honestly, I don't think I've ever been this impressed with my pedicure. I've been going to the same nail tech for years because I'm extremely picky--she always knows exactly what I want, which is why I never go to anyone else. However, today she was off, and I needed a whole new set! I called Kathy's Nails, and Kathy herself answered. She let me know my usual tech was off but was able to set up an appointment for me the same day at 6:15 PM. When I arrived, I had to wait a little longer than expected, but I didn't mind since I was still deciding on my color. Hanna was my nail tech for the day, and she was amazing! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she did *exactly* that. I was so in love with her work! She even stayed past closing time to make sure my set was perfect, which I truly appreciated. Kathy later came by, apologized for the wait (they had a situation come up), and even gave me a gift certificate as a kind gesture. I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried a new tech. They don't know they will tell you. Which I admire that. This is a great nail shop! Clean, updated and good customer service. My regular nail tech is Lianne and she always does a great job. The acrylic fill and gel manicures (and pedicures) always last well and I've never had trouble with the acrylics lifting. This is my second and last time I come to this nail salon. The lady who did my nails was rude. She's an older woman whose desk is closest to the waiting area (not the owner). I would ask her to make the acrylic thinner, she would immediately talk to the lady doing my toes. Who wants a thick acrylic nail! I asked her if she could trim the left over gel polish, immediate conversation to the lady. She also left my real nails extremely short. I have an acrylic overlay on top of my real nails. The acrylic and my real nails are typically the same length, as of now the acrylic is longer than my real nail. At the end of the appointment she didn't massage or give any hand lotion nor a warm towel. I also was left with acrylic dust all over sandals nor her or the lady who did my toes offered to dust it off. The lady who did my toes was nice but sucked. She left my toes full of clear gel polish and crocked toe nails. Over all it was not worth $91 lesson learned, I'm going back to my original nail spot. read more

We love their New Aromatherapy Pedicures it's the best package and at a great price ( only $45). We live in Georgia and it's hard to find a pedicure at that price point for as much as they offer in this package. Hi, I went to Kathy's yesterday September 27 for pedi gel nail polish, it was the worse experience ever, the lady doing my toenails was not paying attention to me, she was looking everywhere checking other clients so she did my nails in a rush like she doesn't care about my time, my toenails. I felt discriminated because I just wanted the gel nail polish instead the full pedicure . i was trying to give them another chance because i was there before for a full pedicure and it was the same, they're working with no quality of customer service. It's very close to my house but I prefer to go far aw instead of going back with Kathy's . Super bad experience don't go if you are looking for quality Super bad vibe, you feel like every one is just waiting for the tips you will give them. This place is one of my faves when it comes to my self-care routine. Every single month, for what seems like years, my girlfriend and I come here to get our pedis. It's a must for us and gives us a moment to do something for ourselves. Kathy has always been so sweet to us. The staff is always kind as well. The space is always clean, the massage chairs work great and our personal little areas are clean as well. Lots of colors to choose from and we are in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes. I love that this place is super close to us as well and Kathy can almost always get us in when we need. They take care of my girls when they get special treatment for their bdays or other special events. Kathy has always helped our elementary school with gift certificates to raise money for good causes.
