She wanted me to take my review down and it was an accident and I'm like no she treated my real nails like they were fake nails and completely ruined them by using max setting on an electric nail file which u never do on real nails. Happened to be in the area and came across this nail salon. Was in dire need of a pedicure and decided to give them a try. Parking was not a problem. Luckily they were able to take me in right away. Staff was nice. They have several spa pedicure seats and manicure stations. They have plenty of nail colors to choose from. Some are displayed up on the wall and others in books on a table right below. There were several pedicure packages to choose from. Decided on the Spa Pedicure Plus package which came with the basic pedicure plus callus smoothing and a hot stone massage. Yes, hot stone massage! I cannot recall any other pedicure I have had that has included hot stones. The lady I had did a really good job on my pedicure. Nice cut and clean up around the nails, callus scrub and hot stone massage was nice. The polish was nice and clean. She was not pushy and did not rush. Glad I gave this place a try! read more

Well... It has been at least two years if not more since I have gotten my nails done and I must say I didn't know how much I missed it!! The amazing lady that did my nails today made me feel taken care off I was nervous and she went out of her way to comfort me. I asked her for very short nails and she obliged without questioning or commenting that length was too short which I very much appreciated. I wish I had asked for her name! Oh They have an ATM which is very convenient, I had a new debit card and for whatever reason did not work (problem with my card not this amazing business) They very kindly let me pay with a separate credit card. This is an extension of my first review which I regret taking down. They are disrespectful and don't know how to do nails. Then I posted a review of the bad fill and okay pedicure and how they were making fun of me at the time of consultation. So I posted a review because I was charged 82 dlls for a 26 for a pedicure 3 dlls to remove gel which I've never been charged to prep nails and a fill and gel color. After I paid and tipped well. I read reviews and turns out they do charge random prices so I called them and asked for a refund like it said as a reply to my review and they said the only way I can get HALF my money back is if I take down my review. So now I'm out 45 dlls because I refuse to take down first review. Now here's a follow up. So not only are they disrespectful but they blackmail you in order to get your money back after THEY themselves offer a refund for their bad services. read more

Very Horrible customer service, I couldn't even get my pedicure completed. The lady had an attitude because I asked her to soak off the acrylic on my toe nails vise versus forcing them off. She then continued to try and force the acrylic off of my toes which caused a lot of pain and told me I needed to just keep them on anyways.
