I told her I wanted a natural brown highlight that maintained my previous color and she made me feel so beautiful by the time we were done! I don't know how she did it, but she blended my brown highlight into my natural dark black hair to compliment my skin tone perfectly. It wasn't brassy, not reddish, it is this perfect shade that looks natural and still beautiful when it grows out. I also enjoyed talking to her throughout our session! She asked me for pics of my hair and inspo pics. I sent my hair now and older cuts had. Also a few inspo/goal pics. Then I text her to confirm the appointment and checked to make sure she felt comfortable with short blended styles. (not a lot of stylists do these days) and then she said that because she's never cut my hair that she couldn't get it "perfect", and immediately cancelled my appointment without another word. None of my old outgrown lashes were ever removed, instead they would just glue a new fan of lashes on the old fan of lashes on top of a single eyelash. Over the course of 5 months I was left with almost no natural lashes left due to breakage. It took having to go to another lash tech to tell me how damaged my lashes were and to not go back here. I started getting my lashes done in March- and there are some women that can go years with lash extensions before this kind of thing happens. I'm definitely not going back. As nice as the people are there- I need to care for the health of my poor lashes.

She is so detailed and for her clients that do fill face, she treats you to a mini facial at the end. I will definitely be back and refer others.
