I cannot recommend Jamuna who did my eye lash extensions and my head spa experience at her spa enough! From the moment I walked in, everything felt so clean, calming, and professional. My lash technician is incredibly talented--she really takes the time to understand the look I want and always delivers flawless, long-lasting results. My lashes come out full, lightweight, and perfectly styled every single time. The head spa experience is on a whole other level of relaxation. It's honestly one of the most soothing treatments I've ever had--my scalp feels refreshed, my hair looks healthier, and I leave feeling completely rejuvenated. The attention to detail, the gentle techniques, and the overall ambiance make it such a luxurious experience. I'm only giving two stars because I know at least ONE of the ladies does a good job, spends quality time with her clients making sure they're satisfied & does a decent job (hint: it's the girl with the good english). I gave them literally three tries. When I tell you it was absolutely ridiculous how hard the really short lady tries to upsell - she will literally not STOP YOUR WHOLE APPOINTMENT. The vibe is giving very much I will treat you like a dollar sign and not a human, that's not okay. I spent a 400+ there and have to spend another 200 just to fix my lashes. There nails are good, hence the one star, BUT PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR LASHES. They will have you looking like a literal freak and not care at all. I'm sorry but eyelashes shape your whole face, don't even try them. My best friend does lashes back at home and I just moved here so, please. Save your money. Edit: I revised my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars because when I initially wrote it, my eyes were being poked by the poorly done lashes and I was frustrated. I only recommend this place for nails, pedicures and their head spa. I just hope they learn from my review and stop treating people like dollar signs. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Beautify Me Lashes and Spa. I purchased a Groupon for a lash service, only to be told at my appointment that they would not honor it because I'm a "returning client" -- despite it having been over a year since my last visit. Nowhere on the Groupon did it state this restriction, and when I politely asked to see the policy in writing, Tracy, the owner, flat-out refused. Not only was I forced to pay full price for the service, but I was also charged for the Groupon, leaving me double-billed. When I tried to resolve the issue, Tracy was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. This salon's practices feel deceptive and exploitative, and customer service is clearly not a priority. Avoid this place at all costs. They are dishonest, unhelpful, and seem more interested in scamming people than offering quality service. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Also, it didn't look better or thicker, as she said it would, than the classic style I had been getting, and whatever glue she used was the worst because my lashes in the first week were coming off like crazy even as careful as I am with them. I reached out but the owner is apparently not concerned if anything is wrong she is only concerned about them upgrading services for more money. I have not heard a word on days. No response at all. I can't tespe t or throw my money at a business like this when there are a ton of other pkaces that likely will stand behind their work! SHE USED MY GROUPN AND CHARGED MY ACCOUNT!! Wow. I had a Groupon and wanted my lashes done for graduation and then planned on getting fills done. It was my first time getting lashes done, but you would think that they would clean your lashes prior to putting them on. I even asked if I should and she said no don't worry I will yet she did not. After everything was done I asked if there was specific cleaning instructions I should do with my lashes. She said no you don't need to clean them just don't wear mascara. Once I left I called my sister and my friend who always get lashes done but elsewhere and they both informed me that you do want to clean your lashes and that is completely false after leaving my lashes started falling out even though I was not touching them. It's been three days now, and my lashes are extremely patchy and have a bunch of patches where the fake lashes used to be. I saw a good reviews on Groupon and this is just a warn people to go elsewhere and pay more money. If it's something that they want to keep on doing the first day they looked good and I was happy and now they look horrible and I wish they would just come off because they're so bare in so many spots. I even tipped her 20% of what it would've cost without the Groupon and I wish I didn't. Update 1 week after going all my extensions are gone. RUN DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

Beware Groupon purchasers.... When you buy a Groupon and call to make an appointment and it states to mention you have a Groupon while making the appointment, this is so they can give you a specific technician.... You know, like an inexperienced one, and the front desk admitted Groupon purchasers get specific technicians. I went there twice, the first time didn't have any real issues but did mention it was my first time ever getting lashes, for the fill the technician glued all the extensions to my natural eyelashes so when my extensions fell out so did my natural lashes. I'm at the point where I'm stuck with wearing falsies or getting more lash extensions but it certainly won't be from this place. read more

I went here for my first set of lashes. The first set lasted the normal 2 weeks, but my first fill lasted about 5 days. They redid them free of charge, which was nice , but my next 4 fills continued to not look correct or retain. So I decided to go try another lash salon. This is what the technician described to me: Apparently, none of my grow out had been removed during fills; they were using lashes way too heavy for my natural lashes, and the diameter was too big.. I had a build-up of excessive adhesive, which wasn't pleasant getting removed. I wish that I had educated myself on the process and expectations prior to getting lash extensions. This sure would have saved me a lot of my hard earned money. I love the new lashes that I received at the new salon and had no idea they could be this comfortable. read more

The lash work is awful. The owner is very rude. The instructions they give you are lacking.

This was by the far the worst experience I have ever had done. I got a serious eye infection. The girl who did my lashes told me she used the sensitive eye glue, she did not. My Dr.Confirmed it. I have had my eyelahes done well over 100 times, and I never have a re-action to the sensitive eye glue. The normal glue I do. My eyes flared up a bunch, constant itchyness, super dry, It was terrible! I ENDED UP HAVING TO GO TO THE ER! The ER. Dr. Told me the technician must have not been clean, because they pathology came back on my eyes to "Keratatis." when your CORNEA gets infected. This is just miserable. The Dr. said to cause awareness for this salon so they know what they are getting into it. Also, if you have a allergy and you tell the technican that, they are supposed to "try." an sample some of the glue/lashes on a small part of the eye and see if there are an adverse side effects. Dr. said, most definetly I got this from this salon. Not clean tools, not using the proper glue for sesitive eyes etc. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! I will post the DR. note I got as well! BEWARE LADIES!! They sell a groupon for $55 dollars for a "classic set." then if you want anymore, (wvwn though they fall out right away...) GOES WAY UP! I paid $105 dollars for this HUGE infection, BIG MISTAKE! don't let them trick you in, it is all a scam. I don't believe the girl knew how to even do lases. I asked for my money back, and the lady was EXTREMELY rude, and had no empathy for my issue at all. She said it was my fault!!! She did not even try to help fix the problem. I had a terrible experience with this business. The morning of my eyelashes appointment, I got childcare and headed out to where they are located in Beaverton. I came from the Newberg area so I planned to get out there early to run some errands before my appointment. One hour before the scheduled appointment time, I got a text that the technician was "not feeling well" and wanted to reschedule. I said that I was already in the area and had gotten childcare and asked if she could send someone else but was just told they have no control over a technician calling in sick, and do I want a sick person working on me? No, of course I don't, but I find it completely unprofessional to have only been notified of this an hour prior to my appointment time. Surely the technician woke up not feeling great; she could have called in sick then instead of waiting so long to cancel. I do not want to give them another chance because I don't want to risk being canceled on at the last minute again, but beware you are not extended the same option--if you cancel last minute or don't show up, they will keep your deposit. read more

As someone who takes pride in their appearance, I am a loyal patron of many local businesses. Especially local business that promote services in which In could enhance my beauty. So, you could imagine my excitement when I saw the voucher for a classic set. Before purchasing said voucher, I made sure to read all policies. I made sure to screenshot them as well as contact the shop. After scheduling my appointment, I was told last minute of several fees. Almost as if it were being made up on the spot. Out of suspicion, I asked to speak to the manager. The young woman who in was on the phone with, lied. She stated that the manager and/or was not there. However, when I stated that I'd be more than happy to come In and wait, the manager was instantly found. I asked about the several fees and stated that they failed to put said fees on Groupon. To that, I was told "we just started doing the fees and Groupon has no place for us to add that information." A little puzzled, I stated that Groupon did in fact have many places for them to add that information; I then proceeded to re-read their own policy to them. The policy in which they uploaded to Groupon. After a pause and stutter, the woman on the phone claiming to be the manager and/or owner began to speak fast and very aggressively. I asked for her to speak in a kinder tone( as I was not yelling or even upset). However, she continued to be rude and verbally abusive. With that being said, I asked for a refund. The lady on the other end told me that was "groupon's problem" then hung up. With that being said, I filed my claim with Groupon and I should be receiving a full refund soon. For those of you who are confused as to what the issue is, let me elaborate. The fees were not the issue, the blatant lying and disrespect was. If you come up with a lie for an answer when I ask you questions, that's a problem. As a business owner myself, you never disrespect a patron or speak to them in condescending tones. I offered several solutions. 1) waiving the fees as it wasn't stated previously (also, the added fees would but the price of the voucher back to its original price; meaning that I wouldn't have saved any money (which is the point of Groupon.). The second solution I provided was to insert said fees onto the Groupon ad. In doing so, people wouldn't be blindsided. It is sad that this encounter happened the way that it did. I and my daughter will be taking our business elsewhere. This was truly a disheartening exchange. I would rate this business location a '0' if that option were available to me. read more
