I went into I Nails yesterday for a tip & dip service and it did not disappoint! There were a ton of people in the 5pm crowd and they got everyone seated and offered glasses of wine, it felt alive in there. Different experience from the quiet nail salons (which are nice too!) where you're watching the cooking channel in silence. The tech did a great job on my nails and paid attention to detail, asking how I was liking them along the way. The only unexpected cost was on top of the tip and dip, I was charged a Shaping fee because I asked for oval/round. However, with dip and extensions I'm not sure how shaping isn't already included in that calculation. Overall a great experienced! Update- they stayed on and looked great through a wedding trip and and international beach trip! Little discoloration but I blame the spray tans and sun. read more

I went to the salon this morning to get a fresh set of almond French tips, and I am very, very sad and unhappy with these results every single French tip is a different shape and size along with every single nail, they made my nails crooked and unclean. I showed them an inspiration picture and I did not get that picture. They didn't use a French tip basecoat so you can see where they glued on the fake nail under the acrylic. The shaping of the nail is terrible. And they got acrylic underneath the fake nail. These nails are $85 and I used my birthday money to get them I have never been more upset. read more

i am so disappointed in this service and i've been going for five years. i have never in my life left a review. not just only did the nail tech spray me in my eye (it was an accident but it burned my eye) with acetone then up charged me for a collagen hand mask i never asked for. i thought she was doing it to be nice for spraying it my eye. i didn't even get tips on my nails but she found every way to up charge me. then she hovered over me and while i watching my phone to see what i tipped. i want a partial refund asap or i will be taking this to the BBB. my eye is draining as she sprayed my nails and it hit me in the eye. read more

I was charged $70 for a set that, in my opinion, should have been closer to $50 based on the quality. The shape of the nails is inconsistent, and the French tips are noticeably uneven. I even mentioned the issues during the appointment, but they weren't corrected, so I ended up fixing them myself at home. I went in for a pedicure and left with two infected big toes. When I reached out for a refund, they told me to come back in for a pedicure and they would make it right. It's been two weeks of pain and nasty toes and all I needed is my money back and they refuse. I do not recommend this place! I wish I could post a picture of how infected my toes are. read more

I am new to the Colorado area and have been looking for a spot I didn't overcharge but also did a good job because it seems like Denver has a lot of mediocre businesses that overcharge. I am pleased to report that this is not one of those businesses... They are fairly priced with the market and for my first time did a superb job. Rick did my pedicure. I got a regular $35 pedicure which came with a five minute massage and Callus removal. From the very beginning Rick was friendly to me. He made sure to place a plastic bag in the bowl and open up his utensils in front of me, very hygienic and professional. He took his time to paint my toes and made sure to clean up afterwards. He did a good job layering between coats and cannot tell whether it was a regular polish or gel. Fantastic! I am very satisfied and will be back. read more

this place is incredible! i've been 3 times so far and each time ive left beaming at how beautiful my nails look. yesterday i saw Mai for a mani pedi and she was so talented and kind! All of the nail techs here are ARTISTS, and i would definitely recommend getting designs and bringing a reference photo. i always get a full set of acrylics and the prices are not bad, especially considering how long they last. I had such a pleasant experience here. I made a same day appointment for myself and my husband. They were able to accommodate us with no problem. I was so angry because I had broken my nail off the day before and it was SO short. I wanted gel polish and was worried it would look silly with 1 super short nail. My technician was able to glue on a nail for me and buff it in such a way that you couldn't even tell! The photo is the broken nail in question after the polish. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was perfect. My cuticles are very sensitive, and I've been cut at two other nail salons in the area. She was very careful with me and happy to report, no cuthusband was very pleased with his mani/pedi as well. They took time to trim his cuticles and give a calf massage. This salon is clean and big, but I had a bad experience today. I waited over 30 minutes for a pedicure, which was totally fine. Once the employee came, I was rushed through the pedicure. My feet didn't have any time to soak, the cuticles were cleaned poorly and my calluses didn't get any attention. The nail polish was poorly done as well. I usually have a good experience, but the negative attitude of the employee and lack of time/care spent of my pedicure makes me not want to return unfortunately. read more

Ok. So usually they are ok. I took my sister and her stylist was awesome Trisha took such good care of her. Was super careful and did the full works of the package. .... However mine. Did not do the package. She did not trim or file my nails didn't clean the skin around them just immediately put them in the dip. When I asked her to just clean around the nail she charged me 5 extra dollars to do something that I already have to pay her $50 bucks to already do! It was insane!! And the managers at the front were literally lying down on the couches on their phones doing absolutely nothing. And the worst part is she cut me so many times my fingers are bleeding and she didn't tell her name. It was a RIP off. Be careful and very detailed with what you want. I highly recommend Mia - went today for the first time and she did not dissapoint. I showed her a picture of what I like and she did it exactly how I wanted. The only thing I would highlight on this is pricing. I was charged extra $25 for the nail art. I wish it was brought out before the service so I wouldn't be shock on my bill. The BEST pedicure I've ever had!! Rocky gave a killer foot rub and my toenails look awesome! I wanted rainbow nails and he was happy to do it. Most places are bothered by things like that but not here! My daughter got a dip manicure with Vivian and she did a phenomenal job. This salon is clean and professional and the staff is awesome. I was in today getting a fill for my nails. My nails are uneven. My nail tech didn't even take the time to make sure they were even. I have a long thumb nail and a short one. My shellac polish is streaky. It doesn't cover my whole nail. Due to the polish not being all on my nail, it looks like they are outgrown. I'm not please with my visit, and I won't be back. I wish I would have read the awful reviews before spending my money. The salon itself looks very nice and we were greeted and sat quickly. However, those are the only positives. The pedicure was awful - barely took a pumas stone to my heels and left a jagged edge on my big toe nail. I had to request they cut my cuticles during my manicure and they charged me extra. For my daughters dip manicure they did a rebase instead of the entire nail and charged $35. NEVER AGAIN. read more

All I can say is if they could receive no stars they would. Worst service ever. After expressing to the manager/"owner" about my negative experience she did nothing to solve the problem. She continued to tell me that the nail job they had done was ok even though the nails were uneven, damaged, and they left glue and polish all over the fingers. I continued to explain to her why her service was unacceptable and then she turned around and walked away from me as I was still speaking to her. For a "business owner" to do this to a customer is beyond me. It is rude, unprofessional, and unethical. She is the most rude and arrogant "business owner." I would not recommend this nail salon their service is half done laziness, and the customer service is nonexistent. They have some great nail technicians but it is a shame that the owner can't keep a good reputation for her own business. She needs to learn how to handle customer rather than turn her back on them. read more
