He matched a McIntosh integrated amp with a pair of Dali Epicon speakers and a REL subwoofer. He came out to the house, set-up the entire thing and even corrected errors on my video system. The results were incredible. I could not be happier with the component choices and the musicality of the system. It has a great sound stage. He noticed that Simply Stereo was listed on Salamander's website as a premier dealer. He sent an email inquiring about coming in to see some items in person, and we headed there on Saturday afternoon. We were greeted right away by Dave, who was helping a customer carry something out to their car. When he came back in, he listened to what we were there for and showed us upstairs to one of the listening rooms. He patiently answered approximately five million questions from my husband and, as luck would have it, what they had on display almost exactly matched what we were looking for. They were able to to get fiddly with the details of what looking at side panel options and determining how the tv mount connects. It was a no brainer to make our purchase from Simply Stereo. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch. From the email through purchase, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back in the future - I think a few speakers caught my husband's eye while we were wandering the store.

No matter if it's Apple Maps or Google maps or All trails. Recently, I got lost on a trail that was not well marked and had small diversions. I had a screenshot of the AllTrails map, but when I actually opened the app, it would place me anywhere, but on the trail. Most of the time it didn't even have me moving anywhere. I have been marked in parking lot when I am clearly on a trail. Anyway, all this to say that the store does not take responsibility for the issue, and instead blames it on Apple and my cell carrier (AT&T).

After opening up the back of my TV he discovered that the power board on the TV was fried. He then advised me that to get a replacement power board would be about $350. So, for his $119 service call charge to come by for initial analysis plus the part and return service call for also $119, I had a fully restored 85" TV for about $570, vs the cost of replacement TV for about $1800. Joe definitely knows what he is doing and is a true professional. I'd recommend him to any family member or friend.
