The person said I've never heard of that happening before due to a battery change. they suggested that I bring it in, but since they were the ones who broke it and didn't seem to know what was going on I decided against that. The trade-in value on our 13 mini iPhone the time of this writing is $150, however Apple wouldn't give me the $150 because they said that the screen had been replaced. I didn't ask for the screen to be replaced, but a non-OEM screen on my phone may have helped explain some of its crappy behaviors. So it cost me $150 for the new battery, and I'm out $150 for the trade-in For that reason, I'll never use you break I buy again.
