We had an excellent experience with i Remodel & Design! Remodeling our kitchen has been my wife's dream for 16 years and it finally came true with the help of Tim, the owner of iR&D and iR&D's terrific staff. Tim, was fantastic to work with. He took my wife's vision, ideas, choice of styles and all the things she wanted (and gave her plenty of ideas and options)- and worked with her side by side to design the kitchen she wanted. He made designs on the computer and we asked him to change it a couple of times- no problem for Tim; he was happy to make the changes. He even said we could move our sink all the way across the kitchen so that it would be under the window. This is a truly wonderful thing we didn't think possible but Tim said "no problem." Of all the good people we have had working on various things on our house- from plumbing, fixing a patch on the ceiling, putting in windows, etc.- Tim and his staff were by far the most friendly, accommodating and professional. This was an experience we all went through together and by the time it was finished- I felt like we were all good friends. This is because Tim and his staff (Marius, Catalina and others) were super cheerful, really enjoy what they do and actually cared about our kitchen as if it was their very own. There were a couple of minor things that appeared to be small mistakes and when I mentioned these things- staff was very cheerful in correcting or making everything just the way we wished. They never hesitated nor questioned any changes I wanted. They always came up with ways to make things look and fit the way we wanted. They did a couple of "extra" things while they were there too- for example, putting in a sliding drawere- that were not originally on our list. And their work ethic was amazing. Sometimes they worked into the evening- but only after asking us if we wanted them to continue and also on the weekend. And they worked very tirelessly. The prices were very fair and honest. Tim is very conscious, it seems, about giving the customer great service at a fair price. Going through a kitchen renovation is not easy. But iR&D guided us through it all and did a fantastic job. I'm going to post photos of before and after. It will be obvious to see which is which. Bottom line. Our new kitchen is even better than we originally imagined (thanks to Tim's vision and "can do" attitude) and looks like a photo from a magazine. We are thankful we found them! R&D remodeled my kitchen earlier this year. They did an overall great job. Tim K. was great to work with - very customer focused and open to new ideas to make the job turn out the way I wanted. I am a very detailed person and in a major renovation, such as this, if you are going to do it and spend the money everything needs to be as close to perfect as possible. This was a complete remodel of a fairly large kitchen, and thus a complex job where one is not exactly sure what you will run into as the demolition phase is underway. We had expressed concern about our tile floors not being damaged during the project. The first thing they did was cover them with plywood to keep that from happening. The floor was 100% fine when the project was concluded. We appreciated that. No job will go 100% satisfactory in an industry like this. It is totally unrealistic. There are many trades in a complete remodel - carpentry, plumbing, granite installation and tile work. We had one item that we were unhappy with and Tim was totally supportive of our proposed solution, even though it cost him profit in the job. Tim was eager to see us satisfied and was very responsive to any item we expressed concern over. We would most definitely recommend that IR&D be strongly considered. We have had a bathroom remodel done by another contractor, and we were pretty dissatisfied with them. So, one does have to be careful. In my experience, the carpentry was first rate on our job. Everything plumb and square. The Welborne Cabinets they use are American made and after 6 months show no signs of any imperfection. The granite and plumbing were also great. Where we did have dissatisfaction was in the backslash tile work. But, as I mentioned above, Tim bent over backwards to make sure we got a quality installation to our complete satisfaction. This extended the time line, but that is a small price to pay to get the job done right. And IR&D completed the job to our complete satisfaction, and we would certainly consider and use them again with confidence. read more

We had a great experience working with i Remodel and Design to upgrade our house. Tim, the owner was very patient and attentive to our needs. He was happy to work with any budget, either complete or partial renovation. We updated our kitchen with new tile floor, new island and quartz countertop. We also replaced all the bathroom vanities and installed recessed lights through out the house. He gave us good suggestions to keep our cost down during the entire process. He was always patient even though I constantly changed my mind about my selections. His crews were very professional, courteous and always cleaned up when they left. They were able to complete the project on time so that we could go on our vocation. When we called Tim after we returned from the trip to touch up on few minor details, he responded promptly and completed the job. We got a referral from our friends who hired iRemodel to do their kitchen--which is now gorgeous. iRemodel renovated our master bathroom, jack and jill bathroom and our laundry/mudroom. We are thrilled with the results. Our point of contact was Tim K., but everyone we worked with there was professional and courteous and best of all, came with lots of ideas from experience. The choices can be overwhelming, so having some recommendations was super helpful to me. The craftsmanship is/was top notch. Everyone who has seen our new rooms comments on how amazing they look. I LOVE our master bath, and our new laundry room is actually a functional space now! The project was on budget and on time, and only extended at times because we were traveling or had company in town. We love the experience working with the I Remodel and Design Team for our kitchen and basement bathroom project. We purchased a new home and needed larger space for the kitchen. The I Remodel and Design team came up with a 2 ft addition in the kitchen to accommodate the island. We also re-arranged the basement for the laundry space and new full size bathroom. I Remodel and Design worked on 3D models and high resolution rendering to help us visualize the final result based on our selection which helped us tremendously to make the decisions. They were responsive, listened to our needs and mainly very experienced to overcome challenges during the project. A couple of months back we decided to engage IR&D for a home project that involved opening up a load bearing wall and adding some recess lighting in our family room and the living room. The project was a bit complicated since we found multiple air conditioning ducts housed within the wall. Tim Kirazli and his crew worked with us and provided a quick solution that saved us a ton of money and time by providing a simple solution to re route the ducts using a bulk head. It has been a pleasure having Tim and his crew working on this project. I will definitely keep him in mind when we remodel our master bath. We requested quotes from four other companies to extend the side of our garage, which all four said there wasn't enough money in the project for them and this was a project over $25K. We finally found Tim, and he graciously accepted the project. We had two other big projects going on at the same time, which required a lot of flexibility from Tim to complete his project. The workmanship was fantastic, the crews were very professional, and we're extremely happy with the finished project. Tim was very responsive and even took on more projects and changes we requested while in the middle of this project. His flexibility was key to the success. What a pleasure to deal with Tim Kirazli and his subcontractors. We had a very large +1000 sf basement remodel job, with complicated built-in shelving, multiple storage sections, closets, free-standing wall, Murphy door, bathroom, bedroom, utility room, and an ocean of other details. What amazed me was how flexible Tim was throughout. I could text him every day for an update and hear back. His subs were thoughtful, clean, responsive, and most importantly, experts at their craft. Antonio Mendez is a particular standout. I had a million deviations as the 4-month project evolved and he had a solution for everything. After having a first really good experience, I went back to iRemodel to do a full kitchen and floor job done. iRemodel on the second around did not disappoint at all. Tim is just fantastic when it comes to his vision, ideas and explaining things each step of the way. Sam and Tim were very helpful in helping us choose the quartz countertop for our basement remodel. I knew what I wanted and they had a large selection in which to choose. Tim came out to measure quickly and we had a delivery date within a week. And as an added bonus, Tim actually had it delivered and installed earlier then originally promised.
