UPDATE....my contract with Robert was terminated effective July 1st. One of my tenants paid their July rent 10 days earlier. That means Robert received that rent in June. It's AUGUST 2 and Robert has yet to deposit those funds into my account! Totally unacceptable and borderline unethical!! Owners and tenants beware!!

Next issue, I asked to have a wall socket and a light socket replaced in the kitchen, I got a call from the electrician, he said the wall socket was fixed. I asked him about the light socket, he told me Cal West never told him about it, how hard is it to wright down 2 items on a repair order ! By the way, the wall socket was billed at $300.00 ! She went the extra miles to make sure we were getting the windows that suited our use cases plus increase functionality. We didn't end up replacing our windows like for like because of the amazing recommendations by Lana and allowed us to make informed decisions that we wouldn't regret.
