We had an older gentleman separating all our items. He priced our load at $209.25. I was not satisfied as I knew what items I brought in. So I asked for help with Shannan, and she was rude and not very helpful. So I went to discuss the prices with the same gentleman, and I noticed them separating my load into different piles. Clean aluminum. Then he noticed I caught them and back peddled and weighed them for a separate ticket of $22.40. I know we had a lot more than $230 on that trailer.
