Hailey took the time to get to know us & what needs my neighbor had for a cell phone. She got her set up with a good quality phone & showed her in detail how to use it & what options are on it, plus got a protective case, charging dock, & screen protector. They really value the customers & getting them set up with the right phone & service plans. Tip: If you are an AARO member, there is a discount on service with this provider

Worked with Kevin on 5/2 to transfer our service to Consumer Cellular. Absolutely great service…read more He had some difficulty getting my phone released from my prior carrier even though my husbands was released with no problem at all. He could have said "you know what, this is going to take 3-5 business days to get resolved" but he didn't. He contacted their support center and stayed on top of it. Not once did he seem irritated with the situation or with us. In fact, he apologized that it was taking so long and gave us regular updates as he was talking to his support center. I would definitely recommend visiting the Signal Butte location if you are looking to change mobile carries. Summer and Kevin are both amazing and provide wonderful customer service. Their rates are reasonable, the phones are similar prices as other carries, etc. In fact, my husband and I are paying under $65 a month including tax for unlimited data on 2 cell phones.

I feared stopping in a busy shopping center in the month of December would be a nightmare, but they helped very quickly! Super easy to compare the iPhones and decide on the iPhone 17 Pro Max. They only had orange in stock, so I would brave two shopping centers in one December Saturday evening, but I was on the quest for a new phone. Happy they could do a "online" order and printed a slip to make the next stop incredibly easy. This location has been great since becoming a Verizon customer in 2006. Thanks for being amazing and exceptional service through the years.

Parking 5/5 "Today" we scored a parking spot up front but this is Verizon's busiest store in the east valley. Parking is limited and is shared by numerous popular restaurants and businesses so you may need to park and hike. Service 5/5 Time for a much needed upgrade for my wife's iPhone 10. We signed in waiting for the next available representatives who was Drew. He greeted us and brought us to a workstation. We discussed phone options and found her iPhone 10 qualified for a free upgrade. Awesome Sauce !!! We kept our existing Military discount plan pricing with her shiny new phone. My wife picked her color, case and the data transfer was all handled by Drew. During the hour long process Drew explained the key improvements she gained in this upgrade. He also reviewed some of my phone settings I was having trouble with and resolved those as well. Once the data transfer was complete Drew performed side-by-side reviews to confirm everything made to her new iPhone 16. Drew provided excellent customer service today. He asked great questions to help direct us towards the right replacement and free on top of that! Drew demonstrated both customer and technical skills which made our visit and the new phone upgrade flawless. Perfect Gentleman and represented Verizon very well Kudos we appreciate him! Recommend 5/5 Although busy, we recommend this store and Drew. Can't say enough about him. In to the next review, SYOY!

"SOMETHING" went wrong on our computer and I immediately called Blake and said HELP. His first words were, no problem, bring it in and we will get to work on it. WOW....Being a NON-computer person, this type of reassurance puts an ease into me, the last thing I need right now is to shop for a computer. Picked up my computer and Brandon is just so positive and willing to offer help with what I need. I'm happy both of them are at my store and will never leave. (just selfish thinking). Big time atta-boy for Data Doctors in having outstanding employees that help people like me !!...A trillion stars....

I took my pc in knowing that my ssd was failing in some way, but wanted to get it diagnosed on what…read moreexactly I needed to get replaced (the cables, connectors, or the ssd itself) so I could have peace of mind. After paying the $59, after waiting a weekend of relief, when I called for the follow-up, I was told what I already knew. That my ssd was failing, and they couldn't test it any further. Okay, I took it in for a diagnosis, told them I knew it was the ssd that was corrupted or damaged, and then three days later they tell me the same thing that I told them to begin with... But for the repair I was told it would be $240, and that it might not even work to get my data back. I told them I don't care about getting my data back, I just wanted a new drive and a fresh install of windows. I was told it would be $140 for that. I don't understand how buying a $50 ssd and reinstalling windows would cost $140. Even if I asked them to just ditch the ssd and install windows on one of my HDD's it would be the same cost. Since the only thing they told was the same thing I told them when I walked in the store, I would desire a refund. Update: I picked up my pc and when I asked about a refund, he was rather blunt and said that I didn't know what was wrong and insinuated that I was lying. He said something similar to "you would've fixed it yourself if you knew what the problem was". I told them that the problem was the ssd with the operating system downloaded on it when I originally called and when I brought it in... and apparently I'm being gaslit... There is no reasonable explanation for a new ssd and windows installation costing $140 at the minimum. It was not a transparent price, as when I asked on the phone and in person what their rates were they said both times 'it will be a $60 fee, BUT it will go towards total cost of the repair which is the cost of parts and a small labor fee' According to them, it would be $99 for the ssd replacement and $40 for labor. A 500 gb samsung ssd (already double the storage of my original ssd) is only $53 on amazon... I am a highschool student and can only work part-time hours, which means I don't have enough money to pay for these absurd up charges, and not enough time to do the repairs myself. I don't have enough money to have $60 go to waste when that is half the money I make in a week. I had to save money to even afford the "evaluation", and I am not interested in the $240 or $140 prices. Again, like before my update, I ask for a refund because the workers were a bit rude and blunt when I told them my situation and didn't care about the situation I'm in.
