And they were true to their word. Our car was taken in very quickly and besides doing the oil change, they did the usual thorough check. Had to bring the car back twice to get an accurate diagnosis on the problem with my car. Although I had an appointment when I brought it in to have it repaired, I was told there's a chance they might not get to it that day. (It wasn't an urgent issue...why make an appointment if your schedule is full??) When I picked up my car after hours, the lockbox where my key was stored was left unlocked, and my car was also unlocked. And finally, after having my bakes serviced, the lug nut key was missing...requiring another trip back to the shop to pick it up. Overall, a frustrating experience.

He says it's a huge hassle because all his monthly paperwork goes to h8s accountant. He then says "it's only $55, so not a big deal." I respond that "it being ONLY $5, is relative to who your talking about about. $55 can be a lot to some people." Now im not asking him to do anything. Not search the recipt, nothing. But the guy is a huge dick about my $55 is relatve comment and proceeds to tell me our conversation is relative because hes not getting anything out of it. Well ok dude. I took my truck in for a speedometer fix and and air-conditioner fix. Paid over 800.00. I hadn't driven the truck much after I got it back. Had to make another appt to reprogram my stereo that was messed up when it was at fritz a week later and the truck air conditioner was blowing hot air. Made another appt with fritz and they charged me another 160.00 for finding the leak. I ask why I was paying a second time but I was told they had to charge for diagnosis. I was always told if you do it right the first time, you wouldn't have to do it over.
