I was inside their building for less than 5 minutes. In that time tri-state had begun to hook up my vehicle. (Shame on me for not having a parking sticker for that parking lot, that IS on me). I ran to my car explaining to them what happened and I was met with a "I don't care, lady". As all of my belongings (wallet, ID, phone, etc) were in my car, I ran over to grab them before my vehicle was towed away. The driver rushed towards me. I got nervous and slammed and locked the door with myself inside. He began screaming at me to get out of the car. When I told him "No, you're making me nervous." His response was for me to "suck and choke on his balls". I told him I was calling the police and at that point his response had gotten the attention of residents who were trying to protect me. He unhooked my vehicle and scurried away. I'll attach of photo of my original comment that had gotten removed. Shame on tri-state towing for not firing workers who sexually assault female customers. Shame on yelp for protecting that kind of business.

I contacted JL through yelp and got a preliminary troubleshoot finally also indicated the need to get it into his shop. Again responding that impossibility I was surprised with the response "do I need to pick it up". Do I need to continue? A response, a transport, of course the repair and full checkup and some pointers to better use and maintain the snow blower. Information strangely not found in the owners manual. Overall, a very positive experience and at (what I felt) was a very reasonable cost. If you are in need of a small engine repair do give John a call.

They replaced the wood, trimmed it out beautifully, and sealed everything up. I recommend them highly. Ryan was the only one of 3 installers that noticed the possibility of rot in the frame!!! I was able to get an appointment the next morning and, since the door is 35 years old, I fully expected them to find something that "required" a full replacement. Instead, Brian made a few quick adjustments to the sensors, installed a much-needed (and improved) new wall panel and lubed/tightened a few other parts to keep it running for us. I know we'll need a new door in the coming years so I'll definitely be calling J&D when the time comes.

First off Dave was very communicative up front on coordinating the timing, and him and his partner Gene were punctual when they arrived to do the install. I felt the price we agreed was very fair and the end result looks fantastic. All curtain rods installed very evenly (they used a leveler) and look very aesthetically pleasing. They were also patient with us as we tried to figure out the best height to mount off of the floor, and they used their own screws where the manufacturer provided ones were lacking.
