I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering this company…read more My 83-year-old grandmother (who has macular degeneration disease causing her to lose her eyesight and she is almost blind) switched to a different lawn care provider this year to save money. Despite that, Green T services showed up, saw the sign in the lawn for the other company, REMOVED the new company's sign from her yard, and re-treated her lawn without permission. Then they handed her a $90 bill for the service. They are now attempting to charge her $90 for a service she did NOT request, claiming there is a clause that automatically renews service unless you call again to cancel. When my mother spoke with two managers about this, they dismissed the situation and even accused her of "pulling the elderly card," while insisting my grandmother is still required to pay. That response was not only unprofessional, but incredibly insensitive given the circumstances. Jeff at Green T services claimed they will "turn her over to collections" for a $90 charge SHE DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO DO. They are saying they have sent her 3 emails and 2 letters and said since she "failed" to read it, she is at fault although SHE CANNOT READ! The worker at Green T did not come to the door before asking for the service they PULLED OUT THE OTHER COMPANYS SIGN, RESPRAYED HER LAWN, and now are still insisting she pay. RIDICULOUS and absolutely terrible customer service. Removing another company's sign, performing unauthorized service, and then speaking to customers this way is unacceptable. This feels deceptive and predatory--especially toward an elderly, visually impaired customer with a limited income. If you're considering using this company, read every detail of your contract and document everything. We will absolutely be disputing this charge. Jeff and the Director at Green T services are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Very disappointing and concerning experience we DO NOT RECOMMEND this service company to anyone who doesn't want to get scammed and spoken to with disrespect. So I called Four Seasons. 8:15 AM Someone answered right away, and although it was a terrible connection, the guy was very patient with me. Once he found out that my car was stuck in the garage, he put me on the schedule for a 10-2 appointment. 10:50 AM I received an email stating that Nick P. was on his way. There was also a photo of him, so I would know who to expect upon arrival. 10:57 Nick called to say he was about 45 minutes away from my house. 11:37 Nick arrived at my house. He was professional, thoroughly explained my options, showed me pics and costs on his tablet, then promptly replaced the springs. The cost was very reasonable, in my opinion. He was finished by 12:30. When I read some of the recent reviews, I was initially a little worried. But then I saw that a couple of the Yelp reviewers only did one review (which was the Four Seasons one), and I assume they are probably from competing businesses. My experience with this company is that they are top-notch, and I would definitely use their services again (although hopefully I won't have to for a long time)

They also support US military and veterans. And provide additional discounts. I was very happy to see that. I would like to recognize their technician Louis. He was prompt, very courteous, took his time to identify the issue with proper inspection. He explained everything to me, gave us multiple options. At the end we selected the repair options and he conducted the repairs in an efficient way. I would highly recommend this company.

They replaced the wood, trimmed it out beautifully, and sealed everything up. I recommend them highly. Ryan was the only one of 3 installers that noticed the possibility of rot in the frame!!! I am very, very happy with the quality of the work and door, the care they took to make sure everything was perfect, and the kindness of the installers. Recommend 100%​
