You are right I am not a expert in heating and cooling that is not my profession. I hired another company turns out there was a leak in the fiberglass tape that caused the issue. Ron's heating blamed the builders saying not enough insulation or etc. Well you're wrong. You guys come to my house for 10 minutes . Yes it's on camera you can say different but it shows when you stepped in the doors and drove off. Total 12 minutes. You guys want to charge me a diagnostic fee FOR WHAT? You guys didn't diagnostic the issue another company did within 30 minutes. Get a second opinion before hiring this company because they are a one sided company and that side only Benefits them. I have my newborn room with improper heat coming into the room. It's 61 degrees when the house is set to 70 degrees and they blame the builders when it was due to their issue that they didn't even diagnose another company did. JOKE of a company. I tried paying the diagnostic fee that I honestly shouldn't because they rushed and didn't even spend the time to figure out the cause. They wanted to charge me a 3% fee for a debit card. Then they tried to charging me for a visit the the prior owner did and never collected on me.
