Lovely place! Modern and good equipment, everything is clean and the chairs are very comfortable. The computers run very fast of course and the gaming experience is amazing. I played a few games mostly in oker, gostop, texas holden, black jack. I will definitely go back there again. I have been to many pc bang from Korea to us. Most of the pc bangs in states are pretty disgusting and always filled up with cigarette smoke. But i am very surprised to see how clean this place is especially clean restroom. For PCs it looks very nice with really good specs. Most times when i cant run games at home i stop by at ibattle to play the games and it rins perfectly with no lag. The jnternet speed is pretty nice too never had problem having ping issues in game. The service was amazing, walked through the whole process in about 10minutes. Cheap rate and lifetime membership for only $10. When I got to my seat, the computer has high end specs and was very pleasing to the eye. The log in screen was in Korean, which I didn't understand, but like any log in, it was just entering your username and password. Wish I could changed the language to english though, minor issue. Sometimes when I come in though, games wouldn't be downloaded and I would have to wait about 20-30minutes depending on how the internet want to act that day. read more

Great place to come take a load off if your home PC or internet just isn't doing the job for you. I-Battle has PC's that are difficult to compare to, carrying RTX 2080 video cards and 240hz monitors. As someone who can't exactly afford to build a computer of this caliber, it feels great to have a place to come to so I can play with high end equipment. The staff are extremely helpful, and while the system may be in Korean, you do not even need to understand the language to be able to use the computers. You log in, and are brought right to the desktop, as if its your home computer. There are always games playing on the televisions in the store as well, so it brings up great talking points with staff and customers. Friendly atmosphere, great community feel, unbeatable pricing for the equipment and internet speed. I've been coming here since day one, and I will be continuing to come here for even longer. A great place to bring and make friends. I can't recommend this place enough. Even if you own a computer of this caliber, or even better, I would still recommend i-Battle as it is a great place to meet people playing the same games as you are. read more

Interestingly, the owner Eric Kim decided to ban me from the business because of my previous review. It's funny because I thought the place was great and I even brought in 5-6 patrons, who will also be asking for refunds after this. (That's okay though, we'll go the The Cave in Fairfax, heard they were a really great pc lounge and cheaper) So here's how it played out for those who are interested. Read my earlier review for background info. *Short one sentence summary at the bottom* I come in and try to play, but for some reason can't. I go to the front desk and ask why, to which the employee says I have a hold on my account. He then proceeds to figure out why. He gets on the phone with the owner/manager and then gestures for me to take the call. Eric (the owner) decided to deny me service because of my yelp review. A 4 out of 5 star review. He said my definition of a pc lounge and his definition were different, which is why he denied me service. Owner's definition: "We provide high quality internet and high quality equipment, that's all. Customers should download and update everything else they need or want." My definition: Oh wait. I didn't define a pc lounge. I said the business had an excellent value, service, and quality. I said to be 5 out of 5, they should make improvements in user experience. For patrons to have a more fluid and easier experience, games should be updated and interfaces should be more friendly for non-Korean users. That's a fair assessment, right? Anyways, he continues to try to argue with me in an attempt to justify himself as correct and me as in the wrong. He claims I didn't take the time to go and seek out a manager or email the business to find out why those things were the case. I should have taken the time to ask why the interface was in Korean and why some of the popular games required the users to update themselves. -Well, back at you Eric. Why didn't you take the time to message me or get in contact to explain that? Maybe I would've changed my review for the better? Ultimately, I've been on the phone with him longer than I would like, and any response was met with further attempts to justify himself. So I told him if he wanted to meet in person to discuss this, I'd be more than happy to. He replied with, "I'm too busy to talk to you in person." Wow okay Mr. Important. He continued to repeat the same few arguments for a longer duration. Then I was exasperated. Just give me the refund, I don't really care to be your patron anymore. Finally he gets the poor employee to give me the refund, and I go on my way to write this review. It is clear the owner does not understand that most people won't know what a pc lounge is supposed to be, especially if they're coming through Yelp recommendations. He reacts explosively to suggestions that the business could improve. It is further evident that the owner has some issues with how he deals with customers. The place itself is fine. If you're fine with going to a business with a horrible owner/manager, then disregard my bad review. But if you're on Yelp, you probably care as much as I do. Tl;dr: Owner has issue with good review that provides some ideas for improvements, bans customer from business. **My job is to provide unbiased, honest reviews for all people and this will not change just because of one insufferable business owner. I had a day off and normally on a day like that I would go do something outside but it was raining. I wanted to get out of the house and for some reason was feeling a little nostalgic about an old PC café that I used to go to years ago when I was in High School. And I was wondering if these places still existed. So I did a search and found I-battle, I live in Manassas and was surprised that there was one pretty close to me. So I trudged through the puddles and rain and got into my car and was on my way to Centerville.     When I arrived at the shopping center I did not find the location right away. Apparently the "I"-battle is behind the "I"hop, haha. For a moment I thought Ihop was trying to diversify their pancake investment and expand into PC cafes. When I parked and entered the store I was greeted by a friendly staff member, Mark. I wasn't sure how things worked here but he explained everything to me very clearly, with how pricing worked, how to log in, and use the PC's. He also told me about how if I didn't own a game that there were a number of game accounts that he could provide to me.     The place is just brilliantly designed, there are a ton of snacks and drinks to purchase almost like a mini convenience store. I decided to look around the store first and the computers look fantastic with the way they are all lit up with colorful lighting. Gaming chairs, mechanical keyboards, and TV's streaming games on twitch. I really thought the theming was really nice too.     So I decided to buy 2 hours as a guest just to see how things went and to maybe wait out the rain. I was playing CS:GO and the 2 hours just flew by. The rain still hasn't stopped at this time so I checked the forecast, looks like the rain wasn't going to let up until very early in the morning. So I went up to the counter to ask the staff for 3 more hours. Mark reminded me that if I just keep buying guest hours that I could save money in the long run just by purchasing a membership.  Well since I was really enjoying my gaming session and completely blown away by the performance (my eyes aren't used to such a high frame rate, everything was so smooth). I decided to just buy a membership since I live so close anyways. I knew at that point anyways that I would defiantly come back even if it wasn't raining because my PC at home only probably has a fraction of the performance as these ones.     I definitely recommend i-battle it was a really great way to spend my rainy day and cannot wait to have the time to come back and have another fun gaming session. read more

Went there after work Friday night at 11pm. Super clean, chill and easy going atmosphere. All the equipment were new and everything worked as expected. Not packed or crowded either. Plenty of security cameras as well to monitor everyone. It does get cold so be prepared to freeze! Ahahaha. Make sure to come with a group of people to really optimize your experience. You'll also need to buy a minimum of 6 hours cause 1 hour isn't enough. Don't forget to tell them upfront to load up the game you want to play. Will visit again. Happy gaming. read more

Pros: - Easy to Sign-up - Helpful on-site staff - Clean Environment - Snacks on-site but sold separately - Equipment is high quality and provided - Most games were already downloaded Average: - Rates are $5 for non-members - Lifetime membership is a one time payment of $10 - Membership rates are $4 for one hour, $3.30 per hour for a 6 hour pack, $3 per hour for a 12 hour pack (Hours can be banked/rolled-over for members) Cons: Horrific customer service/experience when dealing with management (this does not include on-site staff) Explanation: The owner of this establishment does not take criticism of any sort. The owner has and will ban/deny service to any customers who dislike the way things are handled. Although the computers themselves were appealing to me as a customer, I could not support a business with such an ignorant mindset. *Refunds were given to those banned Criticisms: The log-in interface for the computers are in Korean which make it difficult for first time and non-Korean customers. Any updates that games require (which can take up to 30 minutes) were at the expense of the customer. This means that any time that was needed for an update was time that counted towards the hours that had been payed for by the customer. (1 hour payed - 30 minutes used to update games = 30 minutes left for actual use) read more

This place is super clean and well-operated! There is a snack corner with a lot of drinks and snacks. Computers are fast and has large selection of games. The employee is very friendly and helpful. Have been coming here for almost a year now and its just outstanding! Lovely PC gaming place really enjoy my time here and the employees are amazing! Very polite people and owner! The PCs are very high end here as are the monitors and accessories! Love the selections of snacks they have aswell! The only downside to the place is the fact the size of the place very small and tight and not a lot of computers so on weekends its definitely packed so i would recommend going on weekdays if possible but overall very good place and great service! :) read more

Traveled here for a LAN tournament for csgo. I came from Pennsylvania so the whole trip was well over 12 hours. We got there and checked in, found a random 5th teammate. Other than not letting us set up our configs and allowing us time to get comfortable in our setups, they thrusted us in with 30 min before our match. We had to pay to warm up for an hour and a half. On top of that use of your own gear was prohibited by the owner, which is ridiculous. We paid 35 per player and we're playing for MONEY. But we aren't allowed to use our own peripherals ? These guys had no idea how to run a LAN. They had no servers, a team of guys actually had to help them setup servers while we were there. The tournament was streamed but from what I heard from the guy streaming was that he was responsible for doing everything on his own, even though he was told he'd get some help. They had great PCs, 240 hz 27 inch (lolwtf) monitors, all Corsair sponsored product for the most part. You can't make everyone use your gear at a LAN tournament, every player is specific to his or her own personal gear, I can't stress this enough. Not to mention, they did the seeding for the tournament randomly with no thought put into what teams were better and what not. The guys running the tournament didn't even know what jump bonds were. Be more prepared next time you have people playing for MONEY. This is just my honest opinion. The tournament was ran poorly, the guy announcing the tournament in person had no idea what to say/no general knowledge of how competitive Cs even works. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't exactly good either. Allow people to use their own gear as a step one, host dedicated LAN servers is a step two, and a step 3 would be give your players more time to warm up / set up their configs. We're paying you. There was a whole row of PCs set up for 5 and my team asked if we may be allowed to use them and we were met with a no, that we had to pay for those ones. Come on dude.. read more

Pricing is setup so that the more you buy, the cheaper it is, but that's so you can simply keep coming back. Same goes for having a membership convincing you to come back over and over. It had a wierd defrag script that caused my game to alt tab. The filled the role of a "PC Lounge" but how in the world am I suppose to get help when needed.
