Great customer service as the team of employees worked effectively well to assist customers while assembling orders . Their Social Distancing measures was spot on amongst a clean store. The isles are well kept & organized providing a huge inventory of party needs galore. Now, getting the two 3 feet balloons & 30 regular balloons inside the truck was a feat of its own. The celebration was small, yet simply wonderful with compliments on the bouquet of balloons.

How do you not have any graduation balloons in your store but have all these other weird occasions on balloons? Doesn't make sense at all and it's graduation season...it's a party store with no party balloons for a graduation. Weird.

I agreed because we were so close to the event but reminded them of road closures near the Marietta square due to a concert and the need to arrive early. They assured me they would. They arrived very late (midway through my event) and acted VERY RUDE like the road closures were my fault even though I had told them ahead of time. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.
