I was referred to this medical office because I needed to see a doctor soon. I was advised that…read morethis doctor would have availability for an appointment sooner than others . Sadly, i didn't get to see him . His unethical office staff made me not wanting to wait . At the front desk you encounter a grumpy Office assistant that makes you feel unwelcome just the way she looks at you . I greeted her as I entered the office with no response from her Very aggressively she asked me about my insurance, which I answered what I knew , she repeatedly made the same question again pretending to make her feel intellectually superior . I asked her to use just one , which is actually her job to find that information. Then , she told me I was late , which I firmly denied . She told me that the next app available was in half an hour . By the way , there were no vehicles in the parking lot and no patients waiting . I decided to leave . Unethical, unprofessional,pathetic.
