I am not a licensed plumber, and I do not claim to be an expert in plumbing codes or technical plumbing standards. However, as a customer and business owner, I can tell when something does not look right, when workmanship appears careless, and when a company's communication raises serious concerns. Based on what we have seen from the work performed by Irish Brothers Plumbing, none of it gives us confidence that the job was done correctly. From our perspective, the work looks questionable, incomplete, and poorly handled. There are visible issues that make us believe the plumbing was not installed or repaired in a professional manner. Even without being a plumber, there are certain things that should be obvious on any job: clean workmanship, proper fittings, secure connections, straight runs, attention to detail, and a finished product that gives the customer confidence. Unfortunately, that is not what we are seeing here. What makes the situation even more concerning is the lack of communication after the work was done. We have attempted to get answers, but now Irish Brothers Plumbing will not return our calls. That alone is a major red flag. If a company stands behind its work, it should be willing to answer questions, explain what was done, and come back out if there are concerns. Avoiding calls after being paid or after a customer questions the quality of the work makes the entire situation feel very shady. We are not trying to unfairly attack anyone, but we are extremely concerned about what was done and how this has been handled. Customers hire plumbing companies because they expect the work to be completed safely, properly, and professionally. When the work does not appear correct and the company refuses to communicate, it leaves the customer feeling taken advantage of. At this point, we believe Irish Brothers Plumbing owes us a clear explanation of the work performed, the materials used, and whether the installation or repair meets proper plumbing standards. If the work is legitimate and properly completed, then they should have no problem returning our calls, providing documentation, and standing behind the job. Their silence only creates more doubt. This situation has caused frustration, concern, and a complete loss of trust. Again, I am not a plumber, but I know enough to recognize when something does not look right. I also know that professional companies do not disappear when customers have valid concerns. The lack of response from Irish Brothers Plumbing makes us question not only the quality of the work, but also the integrity of how they operate. We are asking for accountability. We want answers. Irish Bros Plumbing came to my house on Friday to perform plumbing work, and unfortunately, the job was not completed. Since then, I have attempted to get in touch with them, but I have not been able to reach anyone or get a clear response about when, or if, the work will be finished. That is extremely frustrating as a customer, especially when plumbing issues often need to be handled quickly and properly. I understand that jobs can run into unexpected problems, and sometimes a project takes longer than planned. However, communication is the bare minimum a customer should expect. If a company starts a job and cannot finish it, they should explain what happened, provide a plan to correct it, and return phone calls. Instead, I am left with unfinished work and no answers. What makes this even more concerning is that I have heard from other people who say they have had similar problems with communication and follow-through. I cannot speak to every situation, but based on my own experience, it has been very disappointing. When you hire a plumbing company, you are trusting them to come into your home, perform the work correctly, and stand behind what they do. In this case, I do not feel that happened. The lack of response after leaving the job incomplete makes the situation feel unprofessional and unreliable. At this point, I simply want the matter resolved. Where do I begin! While Irish Brothers were at my property, several of my tools went missing. These were tools that belonged to me, were kept on my property, and were not theirs to take under any circumstance. After they had been there, I discovered the tools were gone, and based on the timing and circumstances, I believe they took them. This has made the entire situation even more concerning. It is bad enough to deal with unfinished work, poor communication, and payments being taken without jobs being properly completed, but having personal property disappear from the job site crosses another line entirely. Tools are expensive, necessary for work, and often built up over years. Taking someone's tools is not a small issue. It affects a person's ability to work, earn money, and operate their business. No contractor, worker, or visitor has the right to remove property that does not belong to them. I believe this should be taken seriously, and I would caution anyone allowing Irish Brothers onto their property. Make sure everything is documented, take inventory before and after, and do not leave tools or valuables accessible. In my opinion, this conduct shows a serious lack of honesty, professionalism, and accountability. read more
