Her sweet and calming presence makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. I refer her to everyone I know because she's not only an excellent physician, but a genuinely wonderful human being. Dr. Kelly is also an incredible doctor, professional and thorough. It's clear that this practice is built on genuine care and strong values. However, I do feel it's important to be honest about the front desk experience. There is one receptionist who answers the phone and tends to be unfriendly, which unfortunately discourages people, my daughter included, from wanting to schedule appointments. It's disappointing, especially when the medical care here is outstanding. Cheryl was always a favorite, warm, kind, and welcoming, and I truly miss her. Susan is also wonderful and treats patients with the same kindness and respect we all deserve. When patients walk into a doctor's office, they're often dealing with pain, fear, or vulnerability.
