We worked with the owner to come up with something that had a little bit of Hawaii and a little bit of New Jersey in it as we had already celebrated in Hawaii with my family and we're now, post Covid, celebrating with his family in New Jersey. It was mostly greens, and not at all what the picture I choose looked like.. I was so embarrassed by it's tiny size and appearance that I took the card off the arrangement. When I contacted the site I ordered it from, they refunded the equivalent to the delivery fee. The email is received stated they contacted Rich Mar and the amount refunded was the resolution Rich Mar was satisfied with. So disappointed!
