My skin has never looked so good and it is all due to Sara. I am not usually one to write reviews, but after my appointment today, I have never been so happy with my results. I received Dysport and fillers in my face today with Dr. Bob Ruiz. Dr. Bob is the best injector ever! He is a true artist. I highly recommend anyone contemplating getting any kind of filler to head over to New Image and see Dr. Bob. His technique is painless and his results are amazing I came home and my husband said that I look 10 years younger. Thank you Dr. Bob and New Image Med Spa. Additionally, MarJo, the office manager is also one of the best around. She always ensures that clients are happy and makes all clients feel like a VIP. The service was rushed from start to finish; I felt like the provider was halfway out the door before I could even explain my symptoms. Nothing was ever explained correctly. I was not informed that I might need several procedures to resolve my issue. I had to call to express my dissatisfaction with my first, second, and third procedures. They wanted to charge me at first for the repeat procedures. My issue was never actually resolved. Again, I reached out to express my frustration and request a refund, but they were completely unwilling to help or take accountability for the lack of care. They did offer me to continue with the same procedure. If it did not work the three previous times before, why would I consider doing it again? It feels like they prioritize volume over patient outcomes. I will not be returning.

I tell many of my friends about how her calm presence is just a sweet gift to my heart. Her nurse Savanna is a perfect pair to her. Coming into a friendly face and being encouraged makes me want to come back each time. Savanna has an incredible "bedside manner" when I was about 16 weeks along at my appointment, I shared how grateful but anxious I was and these two ladies allowed for me to see my baby again to relieve the fear. It was something that clearly they did not need to do, but cared for my heart to help bring joy in seeing our baby's heart beating would recommend these people so much!

Over the past few visits, I've increasingly felt that the doctors were cold, impatient, and lacking sensitivity during vulnerable moments. My latest experience was especially traumatic for me. I was already going through something emotionally difficult, and instead of feeling supported or cared for, I felt dismissed and met with a very cold bedside manner. It left me feeling uncomfortable and upset after the appointment. I tried seeing another doctor within the practice hoping for a different experience, but sadly I encountered the same feeling again. After being a loyal patient for many years, it's very disappointing to say that I will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for care.
