I received Dysport and fillers in my face today with Dr. Bob Ruiz. Dr. Bob is the best injector ever! He is a true artist. For your health, safety and sanity; do NOT let Dr. Bob anywhere near your face. I had filler in my lips and. Cheeks done in June. The bruising I experienced was so bad that I worried something had gone wrong. I went in and he assured me it was normal. Im now almost two months out and the filler has migrated. It's still in the cheek and lip area but has shifted and lumped up. As I've researched how to treat this, I've discovered that it is actually quite rare, despite whatever TikTok seems to be showing. I rarely post reviews on Yelp but feel the desire to make sure no one else has to endure this humiliation, disappointment and loss of $2,000. read more

Their work is good but the marketing system is corrupted. They have a credit system for customer retention that is NOT for the benefit of customer but customer retention. They charge you higher price first and the give you credit so you go back for the sake of credit. Nothing bad about it but be aware that credit gets expire. Just lost $150! There are other places that won't play this game with you. read more

I love New Image Med Spa! I have done a few different services here that I love; microdermabrasion, lash lift, and laser hair removal. Tamara Bowley has done all of them for me and she is the best! I always have a ton of questions regarding every service, both before and after it's actually performed, and she answers thoroughly and quickly (we mostly chat through email which is super convenient for me). The microdermabrasion has been great for my skin, very exfoliating and refreshing. Plus, Tamara does toning and an amazing mask after the dermabrasion itself.. . so you definitely get that spa treatment as well. It feels SO good! I will continue to get them! The laser hair removal was super quick and surprisingly not as painful as I had imagined. Tamara answered all of my questions about the different options and pricing, and made the entire process very easy and comfortable. I still have 4 laser treatments to go, I can't wait for the days of not having to worry about shaving. The lash lift was also really great. The process was quick, maybe around 20 minutes or so. She explained it as kind of being similar to a "perm" for my lashes. She set them into a curl, and dyed them too, which made a huge difference since I have super blonde lashes. It is great not having to wear mascara! It lasted longer than I thought, probably about a month or so. Towards the end I ended up adding a little mascara to amplify the still lingering, beautiful curl. And lastly, they have given me a few samples that I really liked, and I'm considering purchasing the toner. However, even though they offer advice on product, they are NOT pushy or salesy.
