When I got to my appointment Tina told me to look around and pick some dresses to try. When walking around I could see a dress in the back and I was like OMG, that's gorgeous, I wish it was on the floor, I assumed it was someone's dress so I didn't say anything. I tried a couple of dresses on and after a couple Tina said "after our conversation on the phone I put a dress to the side that I thought fit everything you described and that I think would fit you well" IT WAS THE DRESS IN THE BACK. She literally picked my dress from a phone conversation! I tried it on and it was the dress. Nothing else felt right after it. I didn't want to purchase it that day because I hadn't tried on many dresses and had another appointment after. Tina could tell I wasn't ready to purchase and told me to take my time and not to worry, get in touch if I want it. Well after that nothing compared, I called back two days later to ask if I could bring my dad and the rest is history. Tina was amazing and the shop had that nice home/family feel. One word. RIDICULOUS…read more My mother and I stopped by one day to look for my wedding gown. I was so ecstatic that I had found "the one" on the first try, so took the Floor Model home. Of course it was about 5 or 6 sizes too big on me, so and it had a lot of alterations that needed to be done, so I had to return to the store on a different occasion... and that is when the nightmare began. The owner Christina is completely unprofessional. During the course of my returns for the alterations (I had also bought my bridesmaids gowns and Tuxes from the shop) she had thrown my mother out of the store for DARING to ask for a replacement dress for my sister (her dress came in a size smaller than we requested), made my maid of honor cry (because apparently it was her fault that she ordered the wrong dress; it was supposed to be floor length, the one that came in was up to her knees.) Called my sister fat (because we all know you're obese when you are a size 2) and said that I "ruined" my wedding gown by making alterations to it because even touching a thread is a "diss" to the designer. (I'm so sure the designer cares that I decided to make the dress MY size and added straps for better support). My sister came back for alterations, but all they did was make her dress worse and made her pay for it. Apparently she is too busy talking to her fax machine than to actual customers. As it stands it is the day before my wedding and my sister does not have a gown. She made a huge fuss about how "rude" I was for coming into the store that first day (because apparently you can only come by appointment. Something that she didn't make clear when I walked and and let me look around) and how I'm the worst customer she has ever had. Well excuse me for coming into your store, trying a dress for the first time and literally dropping a couple grand on your desk as I walk out. Sorry, I was such a "horrible" customer.

My daughter's Stylist was Nan. She spoke with my daughter about her wedding dress must haves! Nan was helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses! Nan selected a variety of dresses for my daughter to try on! My daughter also tried a few veils! She looked stunning!!! My daughter may have found her Yes to the dress here! Nan discussed the process once the bride says yes to the dresses! Measurements 50% deposit to order the dress Fittings and seamstress on site! Flat fee for alterations! Free bridal dress storage! We were very impressed with the quality and styles of the dresses! Nan indicated the dress my daughter was interested did not have a tariff! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR SPEND A DIME…read more Went with my cousin and her friend to get them prom dresses. We were the only ones in the store and when she asked my cousin what we were looking for and she replied a prom dress she dramatically threw herself on to the counter and ughhhhhhhed at us. When she asked my cousin's friend what she was there for and she replied " I have one dress option but my mom said to try another one" the woman working there then rudely stated " oh no no no I'm not playing around and waisting my time and money" My cousin was only allowed to try on 2 dresses at the maximum. My sister took a picture to show my aunt and the worker freaked out and screamed "Oh absolutely not no pictures allowed, and just so you know you'll get that everywhere ( which isn't true)" She decided not to buy a dress because of their outrageous prices but went over to look at the shoes. When we were looking at shoes she came over to us and said " I'm going back behind the counter These kids should have masks on since there not vaccinated" which we all were. She was a total bitch terrible customer service should have been a lot nicer considering we were all being incredibly polite to her. Never shop there.

It was $5 in 1998. I don't know what they charge today. However, I did get my daughter's prom dress here for $10 and it is exactly what she wanted so we made it good this time. I gave it a 3 because I don't think it should get a 4 but there is no 3.5 which is what I really would like to rate it.

Jessica was terrific with email correspondence, and was awfully kind and courteous in person. My mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and niece accompanied me, and I did not walk in expecting the shop to have my preferred dress in my size, with the perfect hem length. I had been made aware that the shop did have my preferred dress, but in a couple sizes up. I didn't think it'd be a big deal, since I thought I could just be clipped in. I arrived with my family, and I was promptly laced into the dress I ended up purchasing. I don't know if today the shop was having a promotion, but I ended up getting my perfect dress for 30% off, my perfect veil, and the flower girl dress for my niece (also for 30% off) all within an hour. I will be taking my dress with me to LA, and I feel so fortunate to have come across this gem. Everything happened so unexpectedly today, and I'm grateful to God and Chrissy O Designs for having the selection necessary to make that possible. Their dressing rooms are charming gazebos/tents made of fabric, with am ambient atmosphere toward the back of the shop where all the bridal attire are. There's a huge mirror atop an elevated circular stage, where spotlights are directed. There's also seating for accompanying party. The selection was not ideal for a bigger bride most of the dresses were 8-12, so if one part of you is bigger than the other, they were not able to even imagine what the dresses would look like. Basically there was bad service and bad selection. The end.
