Everything about my visit here was worthy of 5 stars. They had so many delicious and unique flavors that it was hard to decide what to get. They not only offer samples here, they encourage it. The workers were all helpful and friendly and even though there was a bit of a line, service was efficient and the line moved quickly. I absolutely love their mermaid theme, the decor was beautiful. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside and the place was spotlessly clean. No sticky floors here! I ended up getting half scoop of banana cream pie ice cream and half scoop of red velvet cake ice cream. The servings here are big and the small size definitely seemed like a medium. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area again to try some more of their delicious ice cream. read more

Lots of unique flavors to choose from! I got the hawaiin esque one with coconut and strawberries and it was very refreshing without being overly filling. Good serving size for a single scoop and they let you sample a few flavors before choosing. read more

Can't believe this was our first time, but it's now not our last. There's always tons of people here on the weekend, but we visited on a Monday. They have seating inside and outside and tons of flavors can be found here. You can get coffee, milkshake, smoothies, ice cream, and sundaes. They also have non dairy options in their own separate area. And they have Dole whip. Go to the very end towards the wall of cups and tshirts and that's the seasonal flavors. Guava cheesecake and Purple Haze with raspberry ice cream and dark chocolate raspberry cups were so good and unique flavors you can't find just anywhere. Scoops are big and round and they give you a lot so we split a double scoop in a cup for $8. It was so good. Loved this bright and fun ice cream shop with an awesome Dunedin Mermaid mural on their inside wall. They also have a location in Clearwater Beach but I think this is roomier. read more

We enjoyed being able to have samples of the ice cream. There were so many options, 48 to be exact. We got the salted caramel brownie flavor and it was so good. There were bites of salted caramel in every bite. The wait staff was amazing as well and served us very quickly. We enjoyed being able to sit inside and enjoy our ice cream too. read more

Always wondered why there was another ice cream place in Dunedin outside of Strachan's and now I can tell why!!! Omg so creamy! Line was out of the door & the portion size was huge! Got a double scoop with cookie dough and mint chocolate chip... didn't disappoint. The chocolate chips inside the mint were huge! The price was great as well and loved that there was little tables inside to sit to get a break from the Florida heat!! Will be back! Also saw they have a coffee bar that uses buddy brew coffee which I'm obsessed with from their armature works location. Can't waiting on back and try more off their menu! read more

Delicious! So many flavors. I took the premium coffeee flavor and it was amazing, sweet but bitter, mm! The service/staff was great. They were teenagers, yes, but they gave so much ice cream. To me, this is the "main" ice cream place in Dunedin. I've been here 3x now but Yesterday was my first experience at the "other" place down the street. We decided to try it instead of the usual Ice & Cream trip. The flavors are amazing and the cup cone here is way better than the other place. I'd say that this place is overall a better experience. I'd figure that if you're going for ice cream in Dunedin, alternate between here and the other one on a Ratio of 2:1, 2 times here and one thing there...unless you're a teenager. Honestly this ice cream is truly some of the best I've ever had. The flavor options are so extensive, and they have a few seasonal ones that get rotated in as well. My year round favorite is the red velvet, but I just tried the black raspberry this weekend and it was perfectly balanced with chocolate chunks for a great end of summer flavor profile. There's limited seating inside but they have plenty of tables and chairs outside too. Personally I haven't tried the coffee bar yet, but the ice cream alone will keep me coming back indefinitely. read more

Maybe I'm pampered by places like Salt & Straw, Jenni's and Cold Stone, but on closer look I don't find the flavors as exciting as I thought. Quite a few of them are made from brand name candies, and for some, the colors look so artificially bright that I don't feel that the ice cream are made with quality ingredients. Just visited here tonight for ice cream. Let's start with the positives, the gentlemen that was working tonight did excellent. He patiently waited for us to make a decision on flavor and seemed to stay busy when not helping customers. They have a large selection of ice cream flavors including dairy free options. Not because people were buying ice cream, but because they were using all the inside seats. The place is small, but it works. There are over 40 flavors and yesterday, we got a single scoop of Moose Tracks, which was the No Sugar Added flavor for the Husbeast. The ice Cream is all local and quite tasty. Being a local to Dunedin, we've always chosen the other ice cream shop, however this night we were on the other end of town and this was the only place open late. I was pleasantly surprised. They have a huge variety of flavors which they told us were made locally. We each chose two different flavors and no complaints on any of them! Don't overlook this gem. This place is located in Dunedin and is super cute. Be warned the place is very small. So sitting inside will be very limited. They have a very large variety of ice cream including sugar free options. The ice cream was creamy and the prices were ok. I honestly would of gave it more five stars if the service was better. I unfortunately did not get the young mans name behind the counter but he just seemed like he didn't want to be there. When we walked he was very inpatient while we were ordering kept asking if there is anything else. I have two small kids and their menu is huge. I asked for suggestions his reply was all of them are good. His counter part however seemed very sweet and was helpful to the guest ahead of us.
