Call ahead and your pie will be ready in 35-40 minutes. Pricing is also really low compared to the amount of food! Each sandwich came with 2 sides. Full disclosure: I have known the new proprietors for years, often encouraging them to start a food truck. The food was outstanding! Pulled pork was perfectly done - not too dry and a great flavor. Same for the pulled chicken. There was a spicy or sweet BBQ sauce that was served with the pulled sandwiches. The Cuban was delicious and had a little spicy flavor to make it a hit. The sides are all homemade and have an awesome combination of ingredients and spices to perfectly compliment the sandwiches. They do still have $2 tacos, on Tuesday and take out only. (Curiously, we felt that if they had allowed dine in, we would have ordered drinks and maybe some appetizers and other stuff and they would have made more money off us.). Otherwise, the tacos are like $5 each, and they do have a lot of unusual varieties if you want to try something beyond the regular chicken, al pastor and chorizo. Another thing I missed is they used to have a condiment bar with like eight different types of salsa. Now they serve the varieties to you along with some tortilla strips, so you can get a taste of six varieties, and ask them for more of your favorites. Still a great place for authentic Mexican food.
