(Call it a late breakfast early lunch hahaha). It was a nice day, so happy to sit outside. Their menu is so varied and there are sooo many dog options and other things to choose from, I recommend you look at their online menu ahead of time. This definitely helps in the ordering process. Especially when you have 5 adults and a toddler. The inside is tight with only a few tables. The condiment counter can get busy too. We ordered the Mac n cheese bites for the toddler and she really enjoyed them! Yummmy she said. I had the LA - short. It was really good! Loved the onions and peppers. I should've asked for some jalapeños. It took it to the next level. My husband and dad both ordered a Long Bacon and Cheese dog. They both really enjoyed. There was also a short Kraut dog and Long Flame Dawg. My son in law was sweating from the heat on the flame dog! He gave me a few jalapeños that I put on my LA dog. We all commented that the buns and hot dogs were great quality and our various choices were perfect to our liking! We shared a SMALL fries. Wow, it was a lot! 5 people shared and it was still a lot. We also had a vanilla and banana shake. Please note the difference from a small and medium shake is only an extra $ .25. So, go for the medium! Delicious shakes! By the time we were done, there was a line out the door. The team inside did move the line smoothly! Hope to come back soon!

This weekend, I visited him and when he asked where I wanted to eat, I said, "DUH Scooters!" I love hot dogs! We weren't the only ones with that idea, and we had to circle the parking lot several times before finally finding a place to park. After that, we joined a line that stretched out the door. Once it was our turn, we both ordered the 'long' chili dog and got a 'tiny' fry and a banana shake to share. We were lucky enough to find a place to sit at the counter. While we waited I enjoyed the whimsical wall murals and people watching. Once we received our food, I happily dug in. The chili on the hot dog was unique, with corn mixed in. We were warned it would be spicy, but as Texans, we didn't find it spicy at all--though we did think it was quite tasty. The "tiny" order of fries was delicious and definitely not small in our eyes, though after seeing the massive portions others received, I suppose it was. We kept eating and eating them and still couldn't finish them. The banana shake was the perfect ending to our meal. I hope I get to eat at Scooters again. There are other hot dogs I would like to try.

I moved away from Cleveland, but whenever I'm back visiting, I make it a point to stop by for their delicious chocolate custard. The custard is always rich, creamy, and absolutely amazing. The customer service is outstanding as well the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Biggie's Custard is a special place filled with great memories for me, and I'm always happy to return. If you're looking for fantastic frozen custard and excellent service, I highly recommend Biggie's Custard. Five stars with great ambiance.

Tucked away in Andrews road in mentor on the lake but well worth a trip. I got a small heath flurry and my husband got the butterfinger flurry. The young man who took the order smiled and was friendly. He returned with the two flurries in minutes. When I asked for life, he was quick to accommodate. The decor is pink and very custard oriented. As for the flurries. Wow! Rich creamy custard! This was not the crystal ice milk you can get at other places. This is the real deal and very much reflective of the name.

The portion was quite a lot so I was glad that I'd didn't get an appetizer. I took some home and my husband enjoyed the next day. . The peach cocktail that I had was very tasty. (Can't remember the name) Our server was very pleasant and she had a lovely smile. The ambiance is very nice with a bar in the front and tables and tables in the back with a fireplace which provided a nice location for photographs. My reason for nit given a five star review is the fruit flies that we had wave away. For this upscale environment and prices, that was a bummer. Please check your bar fruit or kitchen fruit. This is not a pleasant experience for your diners. Otherwise, it was a very nice place to enjoy good food with friends. Highly recommend making reservations they did fill up quite a bit.

Now they are off Heisley Rd. near Rt2. That makes them very easy to get to and they have ample parking right out front. We made reservations for this Saturday night's outing. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who seated us promptly at a large comfortable table in a bright, roomy dining room. Soon after being seated a nice young man greeted us, informed us his name was Chris and introduced himself as our server for the evening. He immediately took our drink orders and gave us a few minutes to settle in and peruse the menu. The beverage menu was nicely diverse. It had a good selection of wines from multiple regions. I had a very nice Sangiovese. A short time later he returned with our drinks and a nice basket of wonderful crusty bread. He asked if we had any questions, then offered to take our orders. The main menu had a very good selection of offerings. Plenty to satisfy any and all palates. I started my meal with a shrimp cocktail. It arrived with 6 nice sized (2 bite) shrimp with an excellent cocktail sauce. My brother ordered 6 oysters that were nicely presented and had good flavor but were a bit on the small side. I followed up my starter by ordering the Lamb Lollipops from the starter menu. The lamp shank offering from the entre menu seemed to be too large a serving. The lollipops turned out to be perfect... both in size and in quality. They were meaty, perfectly seasoned, and cooked exactly as I ordered. My wife ordered the sea scallops which came out excellent. My sister in law had the crab cakes and was very satisfied. Afterwards or server offered a selection of 3 different desserts and after dinner beverages. We had our usual coffee and included Creme Brule. Both were quite satisfying. In conclusion, we had a very pleasant evening. The establishment, service and food were all quite up to standards. We will definitely return. I recommend you do as well.

I went through the driveway so I can't say what it looked inside. The outdoors grounds appeared well manicured ( the lawn). No trash in the parking lot as far as my eyes can see. What we got this time around was bland burgers with lower quality-tasting beef and wilted lettuce--not to mention the pickles on mine having a very off and extremely sour taste that made them inedible. (I've never met a dill pickle that I didn't like--what happened here, I haven't a clue.) I also don't think the Frisco sauce tasted the same, which was quite disappointing as well. \Aside from that, the "Kiosk" machine required to place your order turned into a fiasco--"press a button too hard, it won't work--press it too lightly, it won't work." In the time it took us to PLACE the order we could easily have told the guy helping us (or someone else working there) what we wanted (there weren't any other customers there at the time, either ) and likely gotten the food cooked and already been on our way, but, well . . . KIOSK it is, there. (Not the guy's fault--clearly it's a corporate policy.) I would love to see Steak 'n Shake revert back to its "steakburger" days . . . offering those well-loved savory cheeseburgers with the garden-fresh toppings, and more personalized service. Kiosks may work well in highly-frequented restaurants during busy times, but for goodness' sake--if a place is virtually empty, maybe a simple "Can I take your order?" would greatly benefit both the customers and the establishment.
