A few months later their ice cream truck catered my in laws wedding in Ashville. I was informed they posted a photo of my kids on their IG so that's how I was able to find and follow them on IG. Saw them going live one day and determined i found the parking lot they were in. The wait was finally over and boy was it worth it! I couldn't decide what to get so I went with the Lemon Pepper BBQ with gas and fries. Never heard of that flavor so why not. The only way to describe it was to say I have about 6 wings, and fries with like 2 napkins and 2 packs of ketchup. I sat in my truck with the food on my lap about 30 yds from the food counter scarfing it all down. I didn't even want to stop to go get more ketchup or napkins they were so good. Next week, I'm hunting them down(or shooting them a DM on IG) to get that shrimp po boy! Oh and the ice cream...DAmN!!! It's good.

The shrimp was alright I really didn't like it or the flavor and it was over seasoned. The guy was working by himself and did a great job serving the whole building while still maintaining a smile and great customer service. I don't have pictures of my food because I ate first before thinking to do a rating, however I have a picture of my coworker wing platter and funnel cake. Their spicy salsa roja is absolutely top tier.
