Still my favorite ice cream in the Charlotte area! Always friendly and fast service. But it's the fresh hot waffle cone and the delicious ice cream that keeps me coming back for more. I love that the flavors rotate but they always have the staples. My hubs is a little Bonkers over the soft serve. that just means Something for everyone. So Run and Scream for Ice Cream all the way to Carolina Scoops and support this local family that's doing it right. read more

We came out of the way to here from South Park mall because we were looking for a cool place to get ice cream and this place had beautiful pictures and ratings. And man, oh, man, did it live up to the ratings. The store is cute and the atmosphere is really cool. The ice cream specialties are really amazing and the service was spot on. The folks running the place today were so nice. We will surely be back for more in the future !! read more

Excellent ice cream. Clean, excellent service, and accepting all people! I 100% support this business.

This local ice cream place offered some variety of flavors, including some dairy-free. None of them were minty or otherwise wildly exciting to me at first glance, but the ones I got delivered on their premise: a cherry vanilla heavy on real cherries, and a butterscotch bomb flavor that delivered the butterscotch. There was plenty of space indoors to sit and apparently wifi. Two scoops amounted to quite a large amount of ice cream; I might sooner have gone for a little less cream for a little lower price. read more

A cute little ice cream shop just around the corner from the Main Street shops in Pineville. It's just a small little shop with big delicious cones, cups and shakes . While they don't make the delicious ice cream in house I can tell you it's definitely made somewhere with real ingredients cause it's just yummy. I've had the peach , strawberry cheesecake, key lime pie, pistachio, & blueberry cheesecake. All were just incredibly good. If you want a real ice cream cone or shake I'd say this is definitely a excellent choice! Two thumbs way up! You can thank me later !!! You scream I scream .... read more

The customer service was ok but could use a little work. The lady wasn't as friendly but the guy at least gave a smile. The place is clean and well stocked, and they have stuffed novelty toys for sale which was pretty cool. The ice cream was fantastic. It was nice and fresh with real bits of fruit. That alone would make me want to come back. read more

Cute little ice cream shop with delicious flavors! The red velvet was so yummy and will be back to have the banana pudding for sure.

Good ice cream but pricey for the portion size . Plus the wait time was long for a simple order.

Great ice cream and great service! We popped in for a quick Saturday afternoon treat. They offered for us to sample any flavors, which is ideal when going to an ice cream shop. I went for the salted caramel brownie and it was wonderful! The husband chose the Queens Oreo sundae minus whipped cream. It was even served with an Oreo ice cream sandwich. We will return next time we are on that side of town. Go visit for yourself and enjoy their delicious ice cream. read more

Carolina Scoops is just what the neighborhood needed. It's locally owned and customer service is excellent. The ice cream is fresh and creamy, but not too sweet. They also serve generous portions. I usually stick to the same two flavors - strawberry and banana pudding, but I've tried a few other flavors and they are amazing as well. The shop is clean and has a nice family vibe. Happened upon this spot yesterday and could not be happier to discover it! Located (not even) a block off the Pineville main street, it's bright and clean with the best ice cream and great customer service. There is free parking directly across the street from it. On June 22nd my husband and I waited in line with our 4 year old son for an hour outside in 95 degrees and we got inside and even got to pay for our ice cream just before we were about to see Bluey she was sitting right there and after paying at 5:01 we turn around and Bluey is gone. Countless children's hearts were crushed with tears everywhere and the only thing we had was our half filled ice cream, that's right they couldn't even give us a full cup! I'm embarrassed that the establishment is in our country. Please never come here again it's not worth tears and heat strokes! #makeamericagreatagain Children deserve to be happy too! This really saddens me read more

What a gem! The staff here is very friendly and they were quick to let us try whatever we wanted. They even explained their non-dairy (HELLO VEGANS!) flavors are made from coconut milk. Awesome owner and customer service!! The ice cream was great, so many flavors to pick from.

Went on national ice cream day because of the free waffle cone. Ice cream was good - peach raspberry swirl was refreshing. The chocolate tasted like any other chocolate. They dont have many flavor options (I think 12). Their shake concoctions looked very interesting and their waffle cones were good. I liked that there was no long line like another place in Blakeney, but when we left there was a long line out the door. read more
