Very cute ice cream shop in Destin! The shop is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. There are many ice creams flavors and you can sample as many as you want. The ice cream 1 scoop is also a fairly reasonable price and amount ($4.75 for 1 scoop, which is more than enough for an afternoon snack with friends). There is also a very large selection of toppings like gummy bears, Oreos, sprinkles etc. They also serve other candies, drinks, and cotton candy. We came in a group of 12 and the manager, Carlos, was very helpful and nice! Although there was so many of us, he still made sure every single one of us got our samples and ice cream quickly. Another nice part was when we said we were tourists and he recommended some nice places to visit in Destin. Probably the best service I've ever experienced at an ice cream shop before. Opening an ice cream shop during COVID has to be hard, but 11 days in and this place was busy! The shop is clean and bright with candy and ice cream options. Prices seemed reasonable for the ice cream. The server was friendly. There were so many unique ice cream flavors - I had a tough time deciding! I finally chose a scoop of cookie butter ice cream. It was good, but I wish I'd gotten 2 scoops cuz I wanted to try the honey roasted peanut butter flavor too! I felt a little bad for the guy behind the counter - it was busy and he was scooping and taking payment by himself. I will say that during a time when Florida is a hot spot of infection there were some precautions I wish this cute shop had taken. There needed to be some signage on the door about COVID, there needed to be tape on the floor spacing out the line, and the server probably should have been wearing gloves and maybe a mask. While vacationing in Florida, we found this neat, Ice Cream Shoppe. It's crammed in a small shopping strip, so it's easy to miss. On the outside, it looks retro, but the inside is really trendy. The woman running the shop was very kind and patient with us. We loved the variety of flavors they had. Most of them were signature flavors. Ice Cream Shoppe also makes fudge, chocolate covered confections, truffles, toffee, buckeye balls, covered rice crispy treats, nut clusters, they even sell their own T-shirts. The place was clean, no area was sticky like most ice cream and snow cone places are. If we ever come back to Florida, we HAVE to come here again. read more

My family and I stopped in here for dessert a little after our dinner, we all really enjoyed this place, have great ice cream! The staff that was working in this place when we visited lastnight was very friendly, the guy getting our ice cream hooked my son up with a cookies and cream since they didn't have any by scooping up some vanilla ice cream and adding Oreos on top of it, that was very cool of the guy! The seating was not being used do to a water leak in the ceiling so we had to go outside and there was a family already sitting on the limited seating outside so my family and I had to sit on the curb.
