They took into account my ideas and made excellent suggestions on how to improve the design to enhance safety of the stones and to display them properly in the new ring. I was show several potential designs to choose from, which was a pleasant surprise. The final result was an excellent reproduction of the proposed design and it fulfilled all of my requirements. As a bonus, my wife loves the result as well. The staff was responsive, was open to feedback, and did the work for a very reasonable price. Such a cool family owned establishment. These guys are super knowledgeable and honest. I took my grandmas ring in to have a Ruby cut and replaced. They also cleaned it and it looks amazing. I also had them go through a vintage Diamond watch from the 1940s. They cleaned it, inspected Diamonds verified Diamonds are era correct, verified operation. I walked away with greater knowledge on this antique. Bottom line is these guys are my new people, when I need cleaning, repair or advice. These guys are grade A and super reasonable. read more
