The diamond fell out of my ring and I was panicked. I went to Ralph's because it was near to my house. When I first visited, I went without any jewelry because I wanted to check out the establishment first. The security doors, system and security guards made me feel safe. I was greeted well and promptly. The person helping me listened to me explain what happened to my ring and they educated me on why it happened. (Apparently diamonds are harder than gold, so the diamond was bound to slice through the gold eventually. I would have never known, and I am grateful for the understanding they provided me with). The next day, I took in my ring and dropped it off. Their turnaround time was one week. I picked up the ring one week later and it was as perfect as when I first got it. They cleaned it and made it look SO GOOD. Since, I have taken two other rings to them for resizing and cleaning. They sell and make jewelry and their maker works directly there, so they have all of the information for estimates immediately. I appreciate how they don't send the jewelry to someone else so I don't have to worry about where my stuff is going, pay for outsourcing or wait for outsourcing. Apparently a lot of jewelers send their stuff out to a third-party person to clean, resize or alter jewelry. This is the jeweler I will use forever and I recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler. Currently, their Carmichael location is closed so I travelled out of my way to their Arden location. This jeweler is a disgrace. They sell subpar jewelry and falsely promise a lifetime warranty they refuse to honor when their products inevitably fail. I bought a chain expecting durability, but it started falling apart with normal wear. When I tried to get it repaired under their warranty, they dismissed my concerns and offered a fix that didn't even come close to addressing the issue. They present themselves as reputable professionals, but they're nothing more than manipulative crooks. I strongly advise against supporting this business, especially for black men who may be unfairly targeted. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, with a staff that seems more interested in intimidation than customer service. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place. They deserve zero stars. read more

Horrible experience, they made a pendant half the size we discussed, charged me more, and left a lot of details out on the pendant. Then basically told me it was my fault after showing them documented proof they lied.
