One of the plays they put on wasn't to my liking, but it had won Tony awards and the performances were excellent. Like most theaters, they do a combination of newer and classic plays. They have a program for kids also. There is usually an intermission where they serve a limited selection of drinks and snacks. The theater is worth supporting, and once I am past some medical issues I plan to become a subscribing member.

My husband and I stumbled across this venue by chance and the same day stopped in to see a show. We saw a Saturday afternoon show of The Pirates of Penzance. It started at 4pm and although we arrived at 4:05pm there was no problem getting tickets and quickly seated. The show cost only $30.00 per person and after seeing the performance I belIeve that it was way under valued. The performers were amazing and their costumes were beautiful. There was a seventeen piece orchestra playing along with a cast of twenty three. Now that I know that it is here I will be visiting the Clermont Performing Arts Center often. They have several exciting shows coming up.

It's a short walk from several restaurants and bars so you can park in one of the large parking lots. I loved the sitting area in the lobby. Intimate seating behind large picture windows. There is a concession stand with wine available. As a matter of fact, you can pre-order a drink to pick up at intermission. So cool. I'm looking forward to returning in January for the next play.

The singing was top notch and their projection was amazing! The actors and actresses were ALL very committed to their roles and the costumes were so cute and spot on! The also had a live orchestra and they played oh so beautifully. Staff was energetic very helpful and happy, which is very appreciated. I got to meet Melody, she was very sweet and kind. What a true joy to see this team of young actors perform my childhood favorites wIth such skill and perfection.
