I was forced to go to the Mall of Victor Valley to find a cell phone repair. The one listed in Hesperia on YP does not exist. After asking around at one of the kiosks, I was pointed towards the "Food Court". Right outside the entrance is iCell Phone repair. The gentleman was not only confident in his capabilities, but he stated the price and estimated time to replace the screen on my iPhone 6+. "$55 and 20 minutes". WOW! OK! Can I watch? "Sure". He was so smooth and quick, It was obvious he had done this repair many times. Within the estimated 20 minutes he was also able to assist a few other walk-ups inquiries without skipping a beat on my repair. Broken glass means New Screen too on my iPhone 6+. Now I know I could not have done this repair on my own like I did on my iPhone 5. I was concerned about my battery and asked how much to replace the battery while he had it apart. "$30". But he checked my battery to learn it's condition first. "It isn't that bad" but I had him replace it anyway so I wouldn't have to worry about it for a long time. Now I have pretty much a brand new iPhone. I am so pleased with the speed and precision I got, I am telling all my friends. I was expecting to pay more money and get less service and even delays or wait times. I noticed he does work on a lot of other brands and models so he's not just an Apple Mechanic. Give him a try. Poor quality parts. Lasted for 45 days and now the touch screen is not working on the iPad min. The standard warranty is 30 days. Save yourself the headache and use ANYBODY else. VERY SHADY ... DO NOT RECOMMEND Took in a cracked cell phone. Chris charged me $130. We ordered it Saturday, he said it would be there Tuesday between 11:00-12:00. We waited 4 hours. At that point Chris told us it wasn't coming in today, if we could come back another day. We went back in the following Saturday dropped it off to be fixed, they said it would be an hour to an hour and a half, and they would call us on my husband's cell when it was ready. They never called, so we go back an hour and half later, the cell was sitting on the counter finished. We check the phone before we leave and the phone is not reading the SIM card now. Another worker tells us they can't do anything to fix it, we tell him we are not leaving until it's fixed. He says Chris is the one that worked on it & he is on his lunch break, so there is nothing he can do for us. He also said they can't reopen the cell, because it could recrack the screen, and pretty much be happy since the screen is no longer cracked, (even though it no longer works) We tell him to call Chris or Shack (the manager). Half an hour later Chris shows up, he tells us it will take another hour and they will call us. We decide to wait, it took 10 minutes. They fixed it, but it took 2 trips to the mall and a lot of wasted time. They have no customer service and I wish I had looked up reviews before going. I wouldn't recommend their service to anybody!!! Save your time and your money and do some research and go some place else. read more

At least before all that was wrong was the broken glass but now the phone deletes the contacts, changes background, removes apps, starts downloading on its own. Its really a super smart phone now. So I go to fix my cell phone and they send me to the kiosk infront of sadanas nail and eyebrow Beauty by jc penny's so I go and there's this Arabian looking girl and a big girl who claimed she was the manager I walk up and ask to see there cases and she pointed where they would be at meanwhile she doesn't move to open the showcase for me she just stands by the cash register EATING they eat by the cash register the Arabian girl is chewing and food is falling from her mouth it's so gross I never seen anything like that first of all if you're going to eat go to the food court it's so nasty and unprofessional to see them having a full course meal right infront of you so I finally ask her to open it she comes around and she looks bothered that I interrupted her meal who knows but I am very picky so I end up taking a while and the Arabian girl is helping some older lady and the old lady is being hassled to buy a wallet that she obviously doesn't want but she's being very polite about it and the Arabian girl finally gives up and the lady walks away she wasn't even a few steps away and the Arabian rolls her eyes to the big girl (Manager supposedly) and calls the old lady a "BROKE BITCH"!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really do wish I would have read the review before I came to this stupid place. Something similar happened to me. I took my iPod 4th generation to get the cracked screen fixed and then it happened to be 2 days later the camera shows green lines and fuzz. I was so upset but since there was supposedly a warranty I took it back. The guy who helped me from the get go was Chris. He said he would get it fixed. So long story short, I took it back and it turns out he couldn't fix it. So now I'm screwed left with a iPod camera that doesn't work with when it used to prior to them changing my screen. I drop off my iphone 6 to replace screen. They gave me very bad quality screen that do not fit properly, it sticks out. I brought it back and they try to replace again. With same stuff. My home button is wiggly, they screen pop out at some place and volume was very low and sould like if someone had covered the speaker. I call to have my old broken phone back and demand a refund, they say i have to come when the manager is there. I have to drive 65 miles each way. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PHONE. I went there to buy some cases for my Samsung Galaxy Prime they sold me on 3 for 30 bucks with a free screen protector. I took the offer and was told that i have 7 days to RETURN the cases if i was unhappy with them. I happily took the cases home and soon realized that the cases did not work well with my FM transmitter that i used to listen to music in my car and my screen protector was not the correct one for my phone and had been placed in such a way that it was making a blurry spot on my front facing camera. So the next day i went back and talked to an associate who told me they do not do money back returns but i could exchange for another case which would have been fine except all the cases for my phone would have the same problem with my FM transmitter and i explained this to the associate. I asked why i was told that i could RETURN them if needed not just exchange. They looked at my receipt and i was told that it was the manager who had helped me and i would need to speak to her because the current associate did not have the authority to make a decision like giving me my money back even though i twas told i can return them within 7 days. So then by this point i was all ready upset and very disappointed i asked if they could fix the issue with my screen protector and i was once again told that the associate there was not allowed to make decisions like that and i needed to come back when the manager was there but they could not seem to tell me when the manager would be in again and i should just call until i find out. I will never shop at icell again the way they treated the situation was terrible and i am now stuck with 3 cases i can not use with my phone properly and no screen protector because it interfered with my camera. read more
