Liz A. charged me for unnecessary charges I was unaware of. Then suddenly our promised "included" and "free of charges" Screen protector, lens protector, and an extra cable suddenly turned into a $317 charge. I came back to get a refund and tried to charge me a restocking fee for something that wasn't my fault. When she realized they screwed her over with all these un authorize charges and monthly fees for services that where never brought up during interaction like Verizon home device protect. My niece returned to cancel everything and they refused to return screen protector back and waive re-stocking fee. Do not buy from this store they are liars and thieves. They took the trade-in from two iPhones and never told me I could not make early payments to pay off my new phones and when did that I was under some 36-month contract I didn't even know about that voided my trade-in. It was not until I went to ask about an upgrade thinking I had paid off any balance on my phones that they told me I had a $2400 balance. Apparently, when I made payments to pay off my phone I lost the promotion. I asked when I traded my phone in the balance would be and if I would be able to make the payments on the balance of the phones there they said yes not a problem. I came into the store Dec 31, 2022 and traded in 2 phones. The service at the time was wxcellent and Natalia took great care of us. Unfortunately, i have not received the credit for the phones I turned in. I have gone in on at least 3 separate occasions. I was told that the manager would take care of it and was never contacted. Geo, is a 5 star stud. We had a super complex issue with our phone lines trying to get them switched over. And he was patient with us asking a ton of questions. They added this stupid water protection I didn't ask for, it was 30$. and in fact even said NO to it. They're commission hungry and tried to hesitate giving me the refund for it also. Places like these also charge a 20$ non-refundable fee for activation aside from the 30$ Verizon activation fee. Got my new iPhone tonight along with my husbands, I know we came in late but the sales associate, Daisy, was very helpful, caring and considerate. She answered all our questions and was patient when it came to everything including our toddler running around and screaming! She even stayed late after her shift to help us get everything in order. She even tried to get us tons of discounts that we would qualify for. I love this location and especially this associate! If I could give this store half a star I would. The staff at this location is absolutely horrible. When we took a complaint to the manager Juan about how one of his other workers was rude to us a previous time we were there, he kicked us out of the store. He didn't listen to our complaint, when my mother asked if there was anyone else besides her who can help us he told my 72 year old mother to leave his store. We have been using this location for over 4 years. We will never set foot in it again. Instead of dealing with their horrible service we went down the street to another Verizon location who was very happy to take our business. We bought two new phones in February and I recently noticed our bill was no where near what Kyle wrote down. (See picture.) Due to my to Father's terminal illness, I have only just been able to deal with this. This guy guy didn't follow through on anything. He didn't submit the military discount (we gave him a text of my son-in-laws i.d.), we didn't get the autopay discount, he didn't even change the plan! He talked us into two phones we really didn't want and ended up exchanging them for more money. He sold us a Jetpack for the home internet and said yeah you can use in place of your Spectrum. Ha, it keeps dropping our Ring doorbell. When we went in to exchange the phones we heard him talking another elderly couple in replacing his home satellite internet with a Jetpack. Overall helpful and good experience at this store. The representative that helped us, Brett, was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. He heard what we wanted and helped us do it, looking for the best deals for us along the way. He explained everything very well when I asked many questions, and never showed any annoyance! The iPads at the store were not working well and so the visit took much longer than expected, but that was not the fault of the employees. We did not interact much with the other staff, but they seemed friendly. Geo, the manager, we interacted with briefly, and he was a little pushy but friendly enough. Best Buy offered me 150.00 for the same phone, however I elected to send it to you because after looking at my device, which was in good condition, I was assured by the staff at your store that I would receive a higher trade in value and that I could use it towards my balance owed to Verizon. I have been a Verizon customer for many years and in that time I have spent thousands of dollars in your store and on your services. I just recently purchased two brand new I phones on a new plan. I also use you for my business phones. I feel like I have been completely ripped off and mislead by your trade in program, Verizon and the sales people who assured me I would receive the correct value for my device. I would like to know why after sending you a phone in perfectly good condition am I now being told that it is valued lower than the appraisal due to damage that did not exist before I shipped it to you? First: It's a cell phone store, the experience is almost never perfect. Corporate, Reseller, etc. has never been a fun experience for me at Verizon. Ordered a phone, took some time to get instock. So we cancel that order, because now at this point they are $50 more than going to the corporate store or just ordering from website. Easier said than done... My experience with the rep (L) was very pleasant, and she was very friendly and personable; the only reason this is not a 1 star! When it became my turn...While I was being "assisted" their was no attempt at conversation which made the experience seem like it was taking forever. She never explained what she was doing at all which was strange since she was very conversational with the customer who was already in the store when I showed up.
