He is the only guy who I call from a fender bender to a car that should have been totaled. I trust his work and know he will do a great job. He comes with years of experience and expertise! From my own personal experience, he has painted cars that were black, fire engine red, as well as white! Each time the paint was a true match. The car never left my driveway, was never physically inspected, and the salvage title process had already started. Something about that didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get another opinion. From the very beginning, Ana was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain the process and what options were available to me. Shortly after, Luis, the owner, personally called me. He was straightforward, honest, and didn't try to sell me on anything. He simply explained the situation, gave me realistic expectations, and even shared valuable advice on how to handle insurance claims in the future. After a complete teardown and inspection, Doug's Auto Body determined the vehicle was actually repairable. As a result, GEICO had to reverse the total loss determination and stop the salvage title process.
